3 beds 2 bath with private pool + water view! Located in a quiet neighborhood with security patrol. The neighborhood also offers a community pool, tennis court and playground within walking distance. Absolutely no pets allowed.

We are located only 5 miles from Disney Parks, Universal, outlet malls and amazing restaurant options.

Private screened in pool for the family to enjoy.

The home has a private driveway which will comfortably fit 2 large vehicles or 3 small vehicles. There is street parking for extra vehicles if needed in front of the home. Front door access is provided with electronic coded security deadbolt.

Pets are allowed with a pet cleaning charge per pet prior to booking. Homes are deep cleaned after pet stays to ensure we are hypoallergenic

I rented as a girls trip / graduation gift with my daughter and a friend. The property was recently updated and very nice. The owners were great with communication, even giving reminders to take out trash and recycling. The location was very convenient to lots of different venues. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful

Very nice home near Disney

This property was extremely nice. My family enjoyed the pool and the back porch view. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. Super close to all Disney parks. Nice and quiet neighborhood.

Nice, relaxing place

The property was really nice, It was quiet and fairly private and it was nice to just float in the pool and lounge in the sun while listening to the birds and nature. The house has a very homey atmosphere with a lot of space for family and a nice living area.

What a wonderful place to chill out

Booked this house to see a few Central Florida attractions: Disney, minor league baseball, space launch, all within easy reach, and ended up spending a lot of time just chilling out by the pool and watching the ducks hang out by the pond. So relaxing. Owners were very easy to reach and very accommodating, and the house had everything we needed to make it a comfortable week. Wouldn't mind staying here again if we come back to Orlando.

Peace away from the hustle and bustle

Great location. Close to all the attractions, but nestled in a cozy neighborhood. Wildlife and pond make the setting wonderful. And the amenities were awesome.

This was great place to stay. We stayed with long time friends and children. The pool was great and clean. The whole was just as pictured and well taken care of. The parks were close by. The area had everything we needed. Would recommend and visit again.

The house was amazing. It was clean and spacious. It looked just like the pictures. It was perfect for what I needed for the short time I was there. The location was a short distance from Disney and there were plenty of shops. Everyone enjoyed the stay and it was a great trip.

A home from home!

Spent two weeks this Easter break in this lovely property. I would say the reality more than matched the photos on the website. Beautiful view from the back onto the lake, quieter family orientated area. House had all the amenities you need, located close to Disney and shops/restaurants. Communication and interaction with hosts was excellent, very timely and helpful. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great place to stay

The hosts are friendly and accommodating. They heated the pool when we asked. The house and pool were very clean. The neighborhood is quiet. We enjoyed our stay here, and its only about 25min from Universal. The VRBO app would not work for me to message hosts, so i called without any problem 🙂

Christmas Getaway

As a family, we wanted to do something different for Christmas this past year, so we decided to go back to Orlando where we have so many great family memories. This was such a great spot for us! The house is perfect and there was even a little Christmas tree set up in the living room! Communication with Mike and Jasmine was easy, as was the check-in process. We highly recommend this property!

Great rental

We were welcomed with a small snake on the patio, but we managed to get it to go away quickly. After that exciting welcome we found the property to be awesome. Easy to get to and from, well laid out, and fun! We found the ping pong and air hockey in the garage and my granddaughter was very happy. Pool was heated to a perfect temp as well. Would definitely stay here again!
