This beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home is located in the famous Terra Verde Resort, which is a gated vacation home community. It’s located 15 - 20 minutes from Disney and Sea World, as well as 25 minutes from Universal. This home has a sun lounge area accompanied by a lake view.

This incredible Luxury community in Terra Verde offers a staffed clubhouse with concierge, pool, hot tub, tiki bar, business center, movie theater, game room, sauna, gym, tennis and volleyball court, and more!

Please check-in at the front desk after accessing security so that you can be issued a gate pass. You will need to check-in on the same day or if you're arriving late will need to check-in the following morning.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties, events, or large gatherings at the property. Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund and additional fees for extra cleaning or damages.

Driver Registration/Parking - HOA Rule: Submit one name per vehicle 48hrs before arrival. Only registered guests may park overnight.
ALL trash needs to be placed within a household "trash" bags in the provided container/trash bench BEFORE 6AM DAILY. NO LOOSE TRASH
