Pack n Play (master bedroom closet-2nd fl). Mas Media room has DVD Player & sound bar. Dart board, Foosball & PING PONG-game room. Little play area. FENCED POOL.
The space

My resort is 16 people occupancy maximum .
You will discover your private vacation retreat-covered lanai, little play area behind pool, Parents can rest at ease knowing the pool has baby guard fence installed around the perimeter. Game room has sturdy ping pong table, foosball table and dart game for additional entertainment.
This is the place you'll want to slip out to first thing in the morning, cup of coffee in one hand and smartphone in the other (you have free wireless through out the house). Fully equipped kitchen, two dish washers.
Living room area on the main floor with TV, facing private pool and media room on second floor.
THINGS TO REMEMBER AND SRICTLY FOLLOW:
Door for Lanai should be closed all the time. It should say word "LOCK" when you are not in the house. Plastic set is for kids or to use near pool area. If anything is damaged during your stay, please inform before you check out (We don’t want to get pictures from the next guest)

Club dues will be added to your nightly rent at the time of booking. Additional fees optional 1) $50/day for heated pool/spa. 2)Pet, only two- $55 pet/stay. 2) Grill upon request from mgmt. $65/week for 2 burners and $125/week for four burners.
If you need any other things, please request, mgmt company can provide with an additional fees.
Guest access
While you're staying at the Encore Club, you can take advantage of the massive club house complete with full service dining room and bar, fitness center and the Surf in' Safari, an incredible water park with 4 looping slides, indoor kids club house area, full service poolside bar and grill.
Sand Volleyball, Tennis court are there for you to enjoy. Club dues will be added to nightly rental upon booking, are mandatory .
