The place is good. Rooms neat,but service is hopeless,asked for a towel from house keeping they told us to go to the office or laundry room Stayed there three nights but not one day we had room service,I stayed in so places in the super8 in Canada had no issue but in Kissimmee super8 service sucks .I wont recommend to anyone unless they improve location is great thanks

We opted for the upgraded room with the kitchenette, we got a dorm room size fridge fully iced over and unusable, a cooktop that we couldn't use because it required a special type of induction cookware that was not provided, a sink that clearly never gets used because the water smelled awful, the a/c was either very loud or off, the floors were sticky and dirty, the staff couldn't care less about anything because i brought most of this to their attention including the ridiculous amount of people smoking weed throughout the property even though it has signs posted everywhere saying no smoking in the rooms, it smelled the moment we walked in the room and never went away because the people next to us were smoking sitting in their doorway. This was a 4 day reservation, we left the first morning i didn't even care about loosing the money, anywhere is better than this place!

Right on the highway- 15 minutes drive to disney. walmart close by. The room was ok the bathroom didn’t have a lock and the breakfast was threadbare
