    A sunny resort home featuring a west facing pool deck with hot tub and games room. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of space to relax with two living areas. Solana Resort is a well-situated gated community with fantastic amenities; all within minutes of all the popular shopping and dining options and 20 mins from Disney.

    The bright living area has comfortable sofas looking out to the pool area. There is a large TV with cable services and high speed internet.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a breakfast area, or formal dining area to share a meal together. Or why not dine outdoors with patio seating for 10.

    The pool deck faces west and enjoys the Florida sunshine from midday to the end of the day. Splash around in the crystal clear pool, relax on the loungers or soak in the hot tub as the sun goes down. Pool/hot tub heating is available at an additional cost.
    BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

    The master bedroom, with access to the pool deck, boasts a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden bath tub, plus large closet. There are two twin bedroom that the children will love, that share a bathroom. There is a further sophisticated queen bedroom with own bathroom.

    Don’t forget about the games room! There is hours of fun to be had with the pool table and foosball.
    Washer and dryer available for guest use. Pets where agreed - $95 additional cleaning.

    Solana is a well-kept gated resort and boasts a large community pool area, tiki bar, children’s play area plus beach volleyball and mini-golf. At the clubhouse, there is a fitness center and lounge area. The home is conveniently located close to a large Publix supermarket with a range of restaurants and takeaways nearby. Just two miles away is the Posner Park shopping area. Solana Resort is located well for Disney parks (around 20 mins), Universal (45 mins) and Legoland (25 mins). Also close by is Highlands Reserve 18 hole golf course which is highly regarded and is open to the public year round.

Great time

We had a wonderful time at our Sonoma house. It was perfect for our 4 kiddos and 2 of their friends and my parents tagged along as well. It’s a short drive to universal which we went to a few days and only around 2 hrs to gulf coast (treasure Island). The house had everything we needed to cook and clean with and kept all the kids entertained esp the heated pool and hot tub. We were all very pleased and will def try to book this property anytime we come to Orlando area!!!

Very nice home my family and I truly enjoyed our stay but only issue was a lot of flies outside that took awhile to get out my car when we were leaving to the parks in the morning and the comforters needed to be washed since it looked wore out besides that it was amazing.

Very quiet neighborhood. The place was very clean and there is plenty of room for a family. Close to Disney and shopping. We enjoyed our stay. One note, come prepared with dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish sponge, and any paper products. The house does not provide those things.

House was clean and pool area was as well. Enjoyed the space and there was adequate towels, sheets, pillows etc for our family. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub after long days at Disney and Warped Tour! Definitely need a car to get around area. Shopping was close, Disney parks within 30 minutes as well.

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful home in Davenport, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! The house was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the property was cared for with great attention to detail.The pool was absolutely fantastic and quickly became everyone's favorite spot. We spent countless hours swimming, relaxing, and making wonderful family memories together. The entire property was neat, organized, and provided plenty of space for both adults and children to enjoy themselves comfortably.Everything we needed was available, and the home had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. House was awesome. As advertised. No misleading pictures. The house served all my needs for a family of 5. Pool and hot tub were good. The heat was well worth the extra money. The only negative about the hot tub was that the water level would decrease quickly when in use and the only way to increase the water level was to turn the jets off which turned off the hot tub heat. Maybe I was missing something but that's the only negative. Check in and out process was seamless. Would highly recommend this property manager and house!

We spent 5 nights at the property for the purpose of relaxing and enjoying the pool. The weather was great and the pool was relaxing. There was a small problem with it in day one but the property manager responded and dispatched someone within minutes. Well stocked appliances, game room was a nice addition. The pictures don’t do this home justice! It is SO nice & has TONS of space. It is well stocked & very nicely furnished. The neighborhood is also nice & quiet. I loved that it was a gated community & our family felt very secure. I would highly recommend this home. My ONLY “complaint” is that the beds could be more comfortable (they’re extremely firm IMO) & the master king size bed was very loud. But that is more of a personal preference thing & was a minor inconvenience to an otherwise great stay! The bath tub in the master suite is absolutely TO DIE FOR. I could have stayed in there the entire week & been happy. It was literally my favorite part of vacation. The master shower is also very nice, and the pool was wonderful to have as well. I would certainly stay here again if I returned to the Orlando area. We did not have to have any communication with property management, but it was incredibly nice that we didn’t have to clean out the fridge/pantry upon departure. It actually made it feel like our cleaning fee was worth it & made us think very highly of the management company. This is rare with rental properties and it was much appreciated! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful vacation home!

House is almost an hour from Universal, not 20 minutes. There wasn’t enough dish soap, dish pods or garbage bags so I couldn’t wash dishes properly & I’m not spending money in a rental on stuff that should be included. I am in the hospitality industry & that would make renters happy. Other than that, the house was nice and accommodating.
