Sun Palm Savannah is a self-catering luxury family vacation villa, located within the gated Windsor Palms Resort near Kissimmee, Florida. Your dream vacation begins the moment you step through our door and on to the savannah! 

Our family villa features 5 dedicated bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a media suite that is an optional 6th bedroom. The villa can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably. Guests will enjoy the stunning views from the villa's private heated swimming pool and spa* that overlook a sprawling conservation area with no rear neighbors.

The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for 3 families with little kids. We were very impressed with the amount of items the owners had for small kids, including utensils, bowls, cups, high chair, even an extra umbrella stroller to use. Brett, was a great host who was available the entire time during our stay and got back with a timely response every time. We look forward to booking again!

I have stayed, in Windsor Palms many time this is far the best villa I have stayed in. It is spotless, has everything you need and more and very spacious. Perfect location for parks, restaurants and shopping. Nothing was to much for Brett the owner and let us have a late checkout. I would highly recommend Sun Palm Savannah and cant wait to return.

This house was all around Great! It fit our group of 7 cheer Mom’s perfectly! The the layout worked well for our group. The location was perfect, close to Disney and ESPN (15 minutes). My family along with my sister and her grandchild stayed at this property for our Disney world vacation. The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the private swimming pool! The hot tub was a perfect ending after a day at the parks! Location was just mins from Disney world parks! We didn’t have infants or toddlers with us, but the house can accommodate small children! Fantastic home, great location!

Having rented villas in Florida for many years this one is definitely at the top of our list. Clean, comfortable and in the perfect location to access everything the area has to offer. Brett was very responsive with communication and super helpful with the couple of things we needed some assistance with during our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and it’s great to find a home that suits families with adult children who prefer non-Disney themed accommodation. Perfect Christmas getaway for our multigenerational family! The property was so clean and well stocked! There was plenty of room for our family of 9. We loved having pool access right outside. The kitchen was amazing and had a great supply of pots and pans for cooking Christmas dinner. It felt like the managers put a lot of time and hard work to make sure the property functioned well for the families who will stay here. I would recommend this property to anyone! Would love to stay again in the future!

Excellent home and very functional

This home is very clean and works quite well if you have a decent number of guests in your family. The kitchen is sufficient and the main family room is cozy. The outdoor pool is very nice, and the garage (game room) is really nice with a pool table and foosball table. The community clubhouse and pool area is great, with an adjacent basketball court, sand volleyball court, and tennis courts with painted lines for pickleball. The location is very close to Disneyworld which is great if you are attending, but the traffic does get a bit crazy at times. Overall, this was a great rental property and I would definitely recommend it. Brett was also a very responsive owner.

We’ve been to Florida a number of times and this house tops the list! First off, what drew me to book this place was the initial contact with the home owner, I look for an owner that is swift to reply to my questions because I know I will also get swift responses should a need arise at the house, Brett was that, quick to respond. The house itself is well maintained and in wonderful condition! The decor is beautiful and stress free! Some homes are very loud in their decor, not this one! It sets a pleasant tone for a relaxing stay! The beds are super comfy! Games room was nice and the kitchen was nicely stocked with a good selection of utensils and cookware. I loved the fact that the pool safety fence had a gate in it, something I hadn’t seen before, so it was super handy especially as family with some younger children! If we find ourselves travelling to Florida again, I will definitely check availability here!

Excellent Disney stay!

Brett’s house was extremely comfortable and clean. We had so much space for 4 adults and 4 kids. Parks were a close drive away (15-20 min) and the pool and hot tub were amazing after long days. Brett was quick and responsive, we would recommend this to anyone and stay again!
