Awesome stay

House is very well equipped, we've stayed in the past and the entrance process has improved tremendously! We enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come back again.

Great Place To Stay

Overall the stay was great the problems I had was wi-Fi wasn’t that great as for the beds they were not comfortable just a suggestion you might want to invest in mattress pads to make the bed more softer and as for wash clothes there wasn’t enough in each room one room had one washcloth and the others had none other then that the stay was great

loved this house

very clean, spacious and enjoyed the multiple themed rooms. appreciated the swim towels and laundry supplies provided, along with basic amenities for use in kitchen etc that normally aren't provided when renting!

Exceeded our expectations!

Everything about the house was terrific!! It was spotlessly clean, fully equipped with everything we needed, and perfectly suited for our group! Themed rooms were a HUGE hit with the children. The owner and property manager were easy to deal with and sent clear instructions about check in, the pool and property, as well as great suggestions about where to eat and shop. Everything was absolutely wonderful! Thank you to our hosts!

Beautiful, spacious, relaxing home

We had a wonderful stay at this home!We loved the decor and comfortable couches!We enjoyed the game room that has such fun decor and lighting.The pool was warm and clean and loved the new couches on the lanai!We were happy to find out the pool was south facing, sun all day for our February stay.Stani was a great host and we did not need to buy a lot of extras because they have soap and shampoo and conditioner in all the bathrooms/showers and had plenty of garbage bags, and dishwashing soap.We would definitely stay here again!

The house was amazing, lots of space and room to relax. Pool was great. Clubhouse and its amenities are just like described, wonderful experience.

Perfect Vacation Rental

The home was absolutely wonderful. Very spacious, clean and looked exactly like the photos and description. We had all ages from 2 years to great grandparents and everyone had rave reviews. Any issues we ran into were addressed promptly. I definitely look forward to renting again.

Excellent Property

Property is super close to everything, groceries, disney, and restaurants. Property very clean, modern and very much like pictures.Host is very responsive to questions and concerns. Property mostly stocked with everything needed for stay. Full water park on grounds. Overrall very nice and will stay again. Highly recommended for orlando vacation.

Property was fantastic, however the entrance to estate was a nightmare to get in every night between 15.00 - 1800. Very loud & busy area. Would definitely recommend the property but area not so much. Thank you

Orlando vacation

Check in was very easy. This property is in a gated community, all homes look exactly the same, so you will need your GPS to get you there. The home is decorated very nicely and is quite large. We didn't use the arcade/pool table area in the garage much because of the cold temps the week we were there. We did enjoy both living room areas which had very comfy sofas! We had a couple of glitches, but the host fixed them quickly. This is about 20 minutes from the Disney parks and 40 minutes from Universal. About 10-15 minutes from many many restaurants as well as Target or Walmart. We really enjoyed our week despite the frigid temps!

Clean and accommodating!

Beautiful home! Everything was just perfect. Very clean and plenty of towels and beach towels. We especially loved the table shuffle board! If you have teens, this house is perfect..great upstairs for them to hang out, watch tv, PlayStation and games. For the adults, the pool and hot tub and outdoor patio was the place to be. Love the big couch downstairs and upstairs. We could all watch movies at night together in comfort. The kitchen has all you need to cook a family meal. The only thing I would suggest (which isn’t a big deal) is a small electric pump to inflate pool floats. If you’re looking for a comfortable and accommodating house for your family, chose this one!

Excellent vacation rental!

Spent 11 nights here with our family and extended family- ages ranged from 11 months to 75 years. This property had everything we needed. Check in process was fairly smooth. There was some issue with one of our guests not being on the list on arrival but they sorted it quickly. Community is excellent. Main resort area was lovely. The house was clean and pool area was perfect. We had a slight issue with the temperature of the hot tub not warming up properly one evening but the host was quick to respond to our concerns. It ended up fixing itself the following day and the host plans to look into this for future guests. For those travelling with an infant, there is a high chair, play pen, and full size crib which was excellent. We are sad to leave after our wonderful stay. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great property.. exactly as seen in the photos

The property was beautiful… just as portrayed in the photos! Lots of extras which was so convenient - a crib, pack n play, high chair and even baby gates for the stairs!! Multiple king bedrooms which was nice for couples as well as fun themed bedrooms for the kids! The pool at the house was warm and perfect! Our only complaint was the community pool area… we booked this property for the amenities advertised but the day we spent there we ran into a lot of issues - the lazy river wasn’t open, the large water slides were not open and the smaller child splash pad/play area was not heated (it was too cold for our kids to play in). The service by the pool/cabanas (we spent a good amount of money on a cabana which was a waste considering) was also terrible/nonexistent. I recognize the above are not issues with the owners of the property or the property itself as this stuff is obviously out of their control, but it was definitely a huge let down for us and the multiple kids we had with us! I’d suggest you confirm with the community center before packing your entire family up to spend a day there! Overall the house was great!! Only other minor complaint would be the wait time at the gate to enter the property for the first time (you have to register before you can go in and out without stopping). Again… not the owners fault but worth the heads up!
