This is our 3rd time at this hotel. The property and options are excellent for pool, recreation and food. We did encounter a few issues with our room but they were sorted. Our suite also smelt like chemicals, either from cleaning or pool and it triggered my daughters asthma which was a bit frustrating.

Everything was amazing and very clean. I was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again. My only problem was the workers would just walk in without knocking, it happened multiple times the one time I was taking a nap and woke up to a lady walking around our room, saying she was pest control. Another time. Someone walked right in while my friend had just gotten out of the shower and was in her towel no knocking at all!

We loved all of the pool options as well as having so many amenities available on site. We enjoyed playing mini golf as well as doing various craft projects with the kids. The kids loved it so much that we want to stay again!

The first night there we were woken up to housekeeping banging around next door at 7:30 am Sunday morning , slamming doors being extremely loud . We then went to one of the pools which was filled with people smoking, swearing , peeing in the pool, eating in the pool all which I reported with no resolve. The next day 2 of the pools were closed down which resulted in overflow at the other pools . The hot water in the shower didn’t work, I had to ask for 3 different toasters, our blankets had holes in them, and I am going home covered in bug bites. I wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a relaxing trip.

Beautiful, clean, quiet getaway. Close to local shopping areas off the main highway. Beautiful rooms with all the amenities you could need for your home away from home. Will definitely stay again!

Property was so easy to check in out and out. Anytime I needed something, I just had to call. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. We will definitely be staying here again when we can come back to Orlando!

Very friendly staff! Check-in went smooth!! Downfall was one jet in the whirlpool bathtub was not working properly and dressers and end tables were dirty! But the kids enjoyed the mini golf and the mutliple pools they could swim in.

Close to many activities but a car is needed if you plan to go off the resort. There is so much offered for activities on site as well.

I booked the 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. The apartment was impeccable. Super great value for the price. It was clean and kitchen had all that we needed for our stay. Numerous pools plus spa was plus. Which we had more time to truly enjoy all the amenities

The day we got there the pool by us was closed, the pool at the bar was closed. The bar did not come take our order we had to go to the bar to place our order and pick up drinks. I did not like the location, when i tried to relocate they told Expedia they would not refund us and let us switch cause they claimed the pools were open. Which clearly they were not. This dish washer did not work correctly in our villa. The water in the showers were way to hot even turned on when on cold. I was not happy at all. I would NOT recommend this resort to anyone. They lied just to get out of letting me move out there resort. There is so much more. I will NEVER be going back again.

Please accept our sincere apologies for these inconveniences during your stay. We know that no one wants to deal with such interruptions on their vacation, and we are diligently working to make sure that every trip is as seamless for our owners, members, and guests as we can possibly make it. While it is correct that the pool was closed for several hours due to a guest having an accident in the pool, the safety of our guest come first and there is a state procedure that needs to be followed as I will say that our guest safety comes first and foremost. We really do apologize for the negative experience and do wish you would provide us another opportunity in the future.

I like that they have mini golf, pool, and game room. Their service was good. Also they have beautiful ponds where i can enjoy walking around. I dont see any problem there.

This is the first resort we ever went to in Orlando back in 2018. This was our first time back and it was worth coming back for sure! Huge Condo, awesome pools, great beautiful view, and fun for kids
