We had an overall great stay and would rate this property 4 stars. The home is spacious, updated, and worked well for our group, especially with teenagers who appreciated having their own space. The kitchen and large island were very useful, and we loved that both beach towels and bath towels were provided.The covered back porch and screened-in pool area were nice, especially with no bugs. The hosts were responsive and brought two loungers when we asked, which we appreciated and shown in the listing.There were a few things that could be improved or clarified. Some amenities listed weren’t available, including a desk, office space, balcony, spa/whirlpool or multiple bathtubs (only the primary has one). The onsite pool is screened in but not heated, and there’s no indoor pool, additional amenities require travel to a community area.We recommend bringing extra supplies like hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher tabs, laundry detergent, and basic cooking items, as what’s provided is limited.A few maintenance and cleanliness items stood out: broken tiles in the master bath, the living room rug needs a deep clean, and throw blankets were not clean(bedrooms and living room). Patio furniture could also be more comfortable. The cushions were not included as the listing shows.No early check-in is allowed unless paid for, and access begins exactly at 4pm.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would likely explore other options before rebooking.
