This brand new 8 bedroom/6.5 bathroom villa comes with everything you will need for your vacation with most bedrooms having a specific theme! Come and bring your family to experience today!

POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $85/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.


PARKING: No street parking is allowed. No garage parking.

Camera: NO SECURITY CAMEARA INSIDE THE HOUSE. The ring door bell will be on during your stay.

Decorations: There are quite many decorations in the house. They are for your enjoyment of the house. Guests are expected to take care of them.

Great property

This property was exactly what we needed for our flag football tournament. The beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi helped us when we had a long day of physical activity. The host was great and we would definitely stay here again!

Perfect vacation

Myself and a couple of my cheer mom friends stayed here during UCA nationals. I picked this particular one because...Harry Potter. The house was perfect, location was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again!

Awesome rental with themed rooms

We loved our stay. Everything was clean and there was so much room for everyone. The best part were the themed rooms! The kids and adults alike loved each room! The pool was great and our host was very quick to respond to pur request regarding the grill and pool heater. We cant wait to stay again next year!

Great place for family

Beautiful property with enough room for you whole family. We had 14 in our party and everyone was able to spread out comfortably. The only draw back is having to bring all the basics that a home should have.

Great House

We loved the house. The themed rooms were cute! The pool area was everything. I recommend getting the insurance for the rental if you are staying with kids. It really helped out with the unknown. The manager was great and very helpful.

It was a great place to stay.

Photos of the property were accurate. I give it 5 stars for the size and enjoyment we had. There were a couple smaller issues, the Star Wars room did not have an air vent that I could find so it was warm. We kept the thermostat at 72 as requested and had some fans running upstairs. The candles over the dining room table did not work and many of the fairy lights outside did not work. There were a lot of RGB remotes that we never figured out what they went to or if they worked. None of those things brought our trip down. We would stay here again on a minute. Great location, just a wonderful place

Everything you could ask for!!

The way the hoise looks online does no justice!!! It was absolutely beautiful! The theme of Harry Potter was great! Im a big fan so i had to book this house once i seen it. The house was clean, very neat and not to mention the movie room... it was wonderful! Kept my kids very entertained and occupied. The upstairs den was a big help too. Tvs in every room, illusions at every corner! Ill definitely book again!
