  • Privacy, Privacy, Privacy!! Located in the prestigious Tuscan Ridge Community , this outstanding luxury single story executive villa (Villa Tuscan Ridge) is situated on a large lot and features air-conditioning throughout and free High Speed Internet WIFI!

    Our newly resurfaced, sparkling swimming pool faces southwest and a large conservation area, ensuring maximum privacy. Our heated hot tub is included in the rental of our home and the pool can be heated with an extra cost of 25$ per day. Please ask for this option in your inquiry if you are interested. A rental gas grill is also available for an extra cost.

    Our stylish villa includes modern furnishings, HDTVs in all Bedrooms and living Room, Granite countertop in the Kitchen and all Bathrooms, a stunning Hot Tub on the pool deck, tennis table and pool table in the Game room and an Xbox console.

    Villa Tuscan Ridge is a Luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom with den vacation pool home located in the community of Tuscan Ridge in Davenport. Disney parks are just 15 minutes away and shops and restaurants are just a few minutes drive.

    The living room and dining room have tile flooring. The living room has 2 comfy sofas and a flat panel 50" HDTV. Dining table seats 8 and the breakfast nook seats 4.

    Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker and a stunning Granite counter top.

    Full size washer and dryer in case you want to get the towels or linen washed during your stay. Master bedroom has a King size bed with a 32" HDTV and an en-suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 32"HDTV, 3rd bedroom has two twin beds with a 32"HDTV and the den can serve as a 4th Bedroom with its' queen size sofa bed.

this was a perfect home for our 2 week staythe place was lovely, pool was lovely, beds very comfortable, close to the disney parksour only disappointment was that the hot tub did not work for our whole stay at the house.we did notify management and was told we would get an answer back , but did not hear a thingotherwise a lovely place close to parks and shopping

The management company were really good at responding to our calls and fixed the couple of issues we had promptly whilst we were there and we were really grateful. Amazing family holiday

Overall we had a fantastic time at the villa. The location was good for getting to all the parks and was situated in a nice quiet location. Amenities were all a short drive. The pool and games room were well received and a welcome break after days in the parks. Despite the high temperatures outside we were kept nice and cool with the air con. Would definitely come again.

Great Disney vacation spot

We spent 5 days here but only went to Disney for two days. It was so nice to have a place to just hang out and relax on those other days. The house was very clean and the kids loved the pool. I loved the master bed and bath. The only downside was there were no cleaning supplies like soap or extra trash bags, so you will want to pack/buy some of those.

Property was lovely, we enjoyed the location and the pool. House was clean and comfortable. We had close access to Disney and surrounding areas.The only reason I rated this house 4 out of 5 is because of the hot-tub; unfortunately it was not very clean and had a layer of scum on it. I was disappointed as I have a bad back and was so looking forward to using it. I did use it about twice but that was it. Other than that the house was lovely and we enjoyed our time there. Suited our needs perfectly.

absolutely spot on

we stayed here for 5 weeks and everything was perfect.... spotlessly clean on arrival. Everything you could think of was provided. The property's position was perfect for all the parks etc. Neighbours were all very nice - we ordered something from Prime but put wrong house number and they brought it round to us........... very nice people. Property cannot be faulted in our opinion.......... Thank you so much - we will definitely be returning.

Enjoyable Stay

Very clean property, with easy access, and pretty much as advertised. Area very quite just off H27 where there are a couple of Publix supermarkets and a Walmart a bit further up past the 192. Just myself and wife so plenty of room. Have done the parks many times over the years, and now just go for relaxing or seeing things away from disney. They are easy to get to, though universal a bit further away. We did have a few issues, but this never really spoiled our holiday. Communication with Laura was good, and though we never asked, she did compensate us. Would recommend.

Summer Holiday

The house is in a great location, close to all the major attractions, roads and plenty of restaurants, various shops/supermarkets and take-aways nearby. House overall is fine however it is in need of abit of tlc, we had some pool/lanai issues which were sorted very quickly and although some parts of the pool surround was replaced there is still areas needing attention as it is letting in flies/spiders to the pool. The hot tub area needs a good clean and the cover replaced, we never used it because of this.

Good stay

Although there was a hiccup (A/C not working), host took care of us quickly. House was nice and clean. The only setbacks would be that the pool cleaners, although it says it in their handbook, walked into lanai without knocking or making their presence known. The other minor issue was that there was little to no cooking pans if you wanted to cook. Other than these issues, stay was comfortable, we felt safe and any other issues were addressed immediately.

Our stay was good. House was as expected with a few hiccups. Master BR: Carpet had not been vacuumed. The vacuum at the house did not pick up anything. Needs replaced. (We borrowed a friends vacuum on our 2nd day. Bed was very comfy. Plenty of storage.DR & LR: Both spaces were great. Kitchen: Needs updated pots and pan. A pitcher would be useful. There was 1 dishcloth in the whole kitchen.Laundry: Both machines worked well.Baths: Everything worked fine. Soaking tub in Master was Amazing. There were ZERO washcloths in the entire house. Texted manager. She said they had been removed because they were worn but housekeeping did not have replacements. She said they would bring some. Never happened.Pool Area: The reserve behind the home was great. We had to ask to have the hot tub cleaned and chemicals added. It was very yucky. This was taken care of in 2 days. Pool was freezing! It never got above 76* even with pool heat. Disappointing. It was nice having a bathroom accessible without going thru the whole house. Just a fyi-One of the pool enclosure doors would not close.Overall-a good stay. Thank you for sharing your home.

We went from Germany to Davenport in July with our two children (ages 4 and 8) and had a wonderful time. The house was good. Lots of space. Everything you need is available. The beds were comfortable. It is in a quiet and well maintained residential area. We felt very comfortable and safe. A supermarket is nearby (5 minutes). The children love playing billiards and table tennis in the garage. The communication with was great. Laura always answered quickly. She solved minor problems. Thank you.

August 2023 stay

The villa is in an amazing location, extremely peaceful. The only 'distraction' was the wonderful sight of hot air balloons passing over some mornings. We stayed for 3 weeks and wished we could have stayed longer! The villa was very comfortable and the pool and deck were excellent. The pool was a perfect temperature with no separate heat. We spent lots of time in the games room. There were some signs of wear, to be expected for a vacation rental, that would have benefitted from some attention, for example, a few missing blind slats. This made it harder to keep some rooms cool. Laura was very responsive to our questions and the small welcome pack was very helpful after a late arrival. Thank you very much for accommodating us.

Pros: Location is great for attending the Disney world parks. Very close to groceries and pharmacy. Lovely den with great morning sunshine. Lovely quiet neighbourhood with no neighbours to the rear of the property. Master bedroom bed is quite comfortable. Cons: communication with the management company (Laura) left much to be desired. She was, at times, exceptionally slow to respond and other times made us feel as though we were an inconvenience for asking questions. The hot tub was out of commission for the week we were there and in lieu we were provided free heating of the pool. The problem with that is on the cool week we were there, the pool only heats from 10 am to 6pm and since it gets so cold at night and no cover was provided it had to reheat everyday. That meant the pool was only usable from about 1pm to 4pm. It also claimed the pool temp to be 87 degrees but we ended up buying a pool thermometer because it didn’t feel anywhere near 87 and it was in fact 83 degrees when it stopped heating. The master shower has some cleanliness concerns. The windows are so dirty you can hardly see out of the den or the master bedroom. The bed frame on the guest bed is broken and the mattress is terribly uncomfortable and noisy. There is a lack of cooking pans especially considering the bbq costs extra for the week. The alarm had a fault so we couldn’t set it. The entire home needs a bit of tlc and updating. I would probably stick to a VRBO with a private owner, not a company.

Beautiful house. Pool and hot tub were wonderful to use. Host was responsive to check in issues (not her fault) and quickly addressed them. House was clean, kitchen was functional for what we needed for the week. Perfect spot to stay for our conference at the Omni Resort—just an easy 10 minute drive.
