Wonderful property

This was a nice home away from home, large rooms and accurately described. Things that could use some improvement is the cleaning, the bed sheets didn’t smell fresh, there was a huge cockroach in the kitchen but only saw one the very first night thank goodness. I wish there would have been additional sheets/cover for the sofabed, there was not a bedsheet that fit and no comforter at all. Overall our stay was very nice, kitchen was very useful and clean. Would recommend overall.

Great location, great property, great stay!

We had a very nice time staying at this property. The location is ideal and a quick drive between all the nearby attractions. We had an issue with our pool passes not working and I had to get them reprogrammed at the main desk. This location also had a brand new pool accross the street and it was sooo nice. The place was clean, although there is room for improvement. The carpets were stained from past guest stays and the white baseboard trim needed a scrub everywhere. Other than that, it was nice to stay in.

Great stay

This property was fantastic close to all parks and amenities. Clean and spacious. Just a short walk to pool and club house area. Management was very quick to respond to any questions we may have had. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would come back again. The only thing I would recommend is bring blackout sleeping masks. The light from the street beams into the room so I found myself most nights wrapping a shirt around my face. Other then that no issues.

Great location for Sea World....Convention Center and Disney

Location was perfect..condo spotless...lovely kitchen was well stocked with everything for preparing a meal ...comfortable beds...very spacious....even a Porta Crib which was great for my grand baby. I can only think of one thing that would make the Bath rooms safer and that's a Bathmat or Bath Rug ..or Grab Bar to prevent slippage on the floor tile with wet feet. Upon exiting the shower the tub is high and even a small towel didn't help I slipped and lucky I didn't fall. !!!!! I would love to stay in this Unit again on our next trip to Orlando !!!

Everything was good. But after paying for the property I kept getting e mails asking for more stuff. Pictures of me with my passport. Then afterwards. Picture of my husband holding his passport. And after another picture of me holding my credit card. I believe that this could have been done before. Other than that everything was five stars.

Fun place but not as nice as the pictures

The property is very large but furniture is not nice, repairs are shoddy, many things do not work. Arcade has no way of making change, token machine empty. Pool is nice but evenings are kids not adults. Appliances not great in the property. Was clean except mold in bathroom.

Unfortunately the place was infested with little ants all over the kitchen counters and bedroom nightstands. There were also no paper towels or any sort of extras, waters, nothing, which was a little disappointing. It is always nice when the host tries to go above and beyond to make the stay exceptional.

Wonderful and safe resort

Loved this property. It is close enough to the attractions without being inundated by traffic (people and cars). The property is well maintained and close to restaurants and shopping.

Nice home away from home

I was fortunate to find this rental on short notice for a month. The easy reservation and check in/out process was much appreciated under the circumstances that made schedules unpredictable for me. Though there were a few things that need to be repaired and updated in the rental, maintenance was quick to respond to most issues. Any questions in general had very quick responses. One complaint I mostly had is the noise from the floor above. Every foot step/movement was heard which constantly shook the lights above us. Overall, the property is great for families. Very spacious and conveniently in walking distance to many services.
