### 🚗 PARKING



• Up to **5 vehicles** are permitted per reservation.

• Free on-site parking is available.

• **No overnight street parking** is permitted.

• All vehicles must follow Windsor Island Resort parking and community regulations.



### 🕓 CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT



• **Check-in:** 4:00 PM

• **Check-out:** 10:00 AM



Early check-in or late check-out may be available for **$45 per hour**, subject to availability.



Please contact us in advance if you'd like to request this service so our team can confirm availability.



### 🗑️ TRASH & WASTE



Please place all household trash in **13-gallon trash bags** and dispose of them in the designated bins at the front of the home.



Trash is collected **daily by the HOA**.



### 🏊 POOL & SPA HEATING — OPTIONAL



Pool and spa heating is available for **$35 per day**.



We recommend requesting heating at least **3 days before arrival** to allow enough time for the water to reach a comfortable temperature.



*Pool temperature may be affected by outdoor weather conditions.*



### 🔥 GRILL RENTAL — OPTIONAL



A **4-burner propane grill** is available for:



• **$105 per week**, including one full propane tank

• Additional days: **$15/day**

• Additional propane refill: **$40**



Please request the grill in advance so we can have it ready for your stay.

To make your arrival more convenient, we provide a starter supply of essential items, including:

Quiet hours are from **10:00 PM to 7:00 AM**.



Windsor Island is a residential resort community, so we kindly ask all guests to be considerate of neighboring homes during these hours.
