Avoid at ALL cost!

Very simple. We stayed briefly on a trip to Disney/Universal. Generally, the place was in good repair (though missing blind slats, marks on walls, and minimal towels, soap, basic). Not a big deal. However .... after checking out, the property owner (Diego) did not return our deposit, claiming we were responsible for pen marks on the couch. The unit doesn't even HAVE a pen to mark with, and in no way were the marks our responsiblity. Upon repeated contact, no answer. Then through VRBO (I kid you not, 8 calls, and many hours on the phone), they simple can't handle bad property owners. I didn't get my deposit back and ended up charging it back through the credit card company. Never again incompetent buffoons! I don't write bad (or any) reviews for that matter .... this warranted an exception.

Es la segunda vez que vamos al mismo departamento. Es muy cómodo, amplio, impecable. Con todo lo que se necesita para pasarla bien. La parte de juegos de agua es un placer para los chicos y para los papás que podemos relajarnos mientras ellos juegan. Extremadamente recomendable

Espectacular de verdad!!!

El departamento es hermoso! La decoración es muy linda. Las instalaciones son muy completas. Está totalmente equipado con todo lo que se necesita para la estadía. Tiene vajilla para cocinar, Lavarropas y secarropas, secador de pelo, lavavajilla… Las camas y almohadas son comodisimas. El cuarto de los niños tiene una cama cucheta muy ancha, un placer ! Todos los ambientes tienen TV, también hay Alexa!!!! Es muy fácil la llegada, puedes estacionar en la puerta y el ascensor está a unos pasos. Los juegos de la piscina son muy divertidos para los niños, hay rio lento, tobogán acuático y juegos de agua . Queda muy cerca de todos los parques!!! Sentarse en el balcón con vista al lago es ÚNICO!!! Verdaderamente un placer !!!
