    Our luxurious air-conditioned villa is a true home away from home situated in the prestigious Silver Creek area. Its position is ideal for easy access to everything that has made central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. Silver creek is located 1 mile north along highway 27 after the junction with the 192. The villa is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, or dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or to simply relax by the south facing pool/spa and enjoy the sunshine and the views over the lake.

    The accommodation, with 4 bedrooms spread over 2 floors, is ideal for two families sharing. The comfortable great room/lounge is equipped with a 55” led television, and provides guests with a pleasant area to relax in comfort after a hectic day at the parks, shopping or sight-seeing. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including - large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal + all utensils and crockery.

    The villa is registered, licensed and professionally managed. The management company ensures that the villa is maintained to the highest standard. They ensure that the villa is fully cleaned for your arrival, provide a friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. You can contact them by phone or in person at the office which is located a few minutes away.

The house was exactly as we expected. It was very clean and met all our needs. Communication with Joanne was easy and she was very attentive. We were very happy that we were able to use the spa, but the November temperatures were a little too cool to use the pool. The only thing we feel the house could use is a Keurig machine.

VILLA CLEAN WITH ALL THE FACILITIES AS LISTED. HOT TUB REALLY HOT ONCE WARMED. OVERALL A GREAT PLACE TO STAY. VERY CLOSE TO THE WALMART AND THE 'CAT CAFE' DOWN THE ROAD, (ASSUMING YOU LOVE CATS). Great house in quiet location

The house was in a lovely area overlooking a small lake. The facilitities were exactly as advertised. The pool & spa were lovely. We loved the pool heat especially when using it in the morning. A tranquil place to unwind but not too far from the theme parks.We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property. Downtown Clermont is a nice place to visit too.

Cozy alternative to Disney resorts

My friends and I had a nice, relaxing stay here during our vacation! It's only about half an hour from the Disney and Universal parks. After a long day of walking around, it felt good to soak my feet in the spa!

Fabulous stay!

The property is well appointed and fun! We had a wonderful stay with our two teenagers at this centrally located home. You can easily drive to either coast with this as your home base. The pool is a perfect way to relax when spending the day at the house. The beds are very comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. We enjoyed watching the birds every morning while we had our coffee on the patio. Thank you for an amazing stay in your beautiful home!

Spotlessly clean and comfortable

Villa Marie is absolutely spotless, cozy and very comfortable, with every single thing you can think of at hand. The owners obviously take pride in their property. We really enjoyed our stay - lovely pool with nice views and so quiet. Half an hour or so from the parks and close to shops and restaurants. Great value ! The owner, Joanne was very responsive (although our contact was only to let her know how much we enjoyed our stay !)
