Phillip was great! Very responsive and helpful. The house was wonderful for our family. Clean and well stocked. Pool was FANTASTIC!! We would 100% stay here again! There was a master bedroom on the first floor for the grandparents and that was so wonderful! Lots of space for all of us.

COMFORT AND LOCATION!!!

Checking in was breeze and comms with the owner were clear, concise and friendly! There were six of us there for meetings and two golf outings. We all slept great and enjoyed the stay! I HIGHLY recommend this house and owner!

An Enjoyable Getaway

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Phillip and Ambers property. The neighborhood was beautiful and they thought of everything- there were extra blankets and pillows, soap, games and even ponchos! I’m not sure that the cost for pool heat was worth it as it was still too cold to be tolerable but we made do inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and are grateful to our hosts for opening their home!

Perfect Fit

There is not one negative thing I could say about this property. We were in Florida for my daughter’s cheer comp and her brothers had to tag along. The house provides perfect space for everyone to be comfortable, the pool was great entertainment for everyone. The location was fantastic. The host was so kind and helpful!

Family Wedding in town

The house had everything we needed. Plenty of towels and pillows and extra blankets. We did end up buying 2 box fans for the 2 rooms without ceiling fans, in case person reading is a fan person like us. Also, the twin beds are upstairs in case that is important to a family. We LOVED the pool. They had some kid floaties and the temperature was perfect. It was also great to have tvs in all the rooms to have a quiet place to escape too. We would definitely rent again. keep kids downstairs.

Great House

It was a great property , we loved the pool ! Needs a little bit of maintenance I.e several light bulbs are out. I would reccomend adding some basic things to keep in the house such as extra toilet paper which we couldn’t find so had to go out and buy more, there was no salt and pepper , no olive oil or anything to cook with . We arrived late so having a few things would have been great but otherwise the house was great overall fairly clean , great communication! Felt very safe. I would reccomend this property to friends and family !!

Snow Break

The Lake Berkeley Resort felt safe and offered 2 great pool areas, a gym, community charcoal BBQs, playgrounds and tennis courts. The house was spacious and easily accommodated our family of 8. Pool area kept us cool and refreshed. Lots of towels. Good communication with the host leading up to our stay. Home could use a refresh and a deep clean. Plastic mattress cover on the king sized bed did not allow for restful sleep. Enough toilet paper, paper towels and soap for a couple of days; had to buy extra for our seven night stay. Convenient location. If you are looking for a decent spot as a jumping off spot for your Orlando activities this place fits the bill.

AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY

My stay was absolutely amazing. Mr. Phillip was great with communication and he made my stay enjoyable. The check in process was so quick and easy. I stayed with friends and family members and we loved everything about the house. It looks exactly like the photos! Everything was extremely nice. We literally felt at home! The property was BEAUTIFUL! I had the king bedroom and whew! The jacuzzi tub was amazing! Book this property you won’t regret it. 5 million starssss$ thanks again for allowing us into your home! The owner made sure that we were taken care of. We had everything we needed! Fresh towels, little soaps. It was perfect! I will book again soon!

The weather was a bit colder than we thought it would be when we had time to use the pool, but when we did it was lovely. The ping pong table was very entertaining. We had others family members staying in the same gated community and would definitely come back.
