The dwelling
Retreat to your own private getaway at this superb five bedroom vacation home. This home is perfectly situated in a calm and quiet area centrally located close to practically everything from all attractions like Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and many more as well all major restaurants and shopping.

Once you walk inside you will experience that home away from home feeling with the comfortable open living area, boasting comfort, relaxation and entertainment wrapped together perfectly after a day of enjoying the best Orlando has to offer. You can put together delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stocked with appliances for your needs or order from some of the located eateries from the menus provided. Enjoy your meals on either of the three dining areas, two indoor and one outdoor.

The main level features two living and dining areas, laundry room, along with a half bathroom and access to the game room for some fun-filled entertainment, which includes a pool table, air hockey, dual shot basketball challenge game and darts. There is also a high-top table with four chairs for games such as cards, board games, etc. along with a mini refrigerator to put in drinks or snacks to keep cold for when you need a refresher.

On the second floor, you have the spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed with 2 lounge chairs, a master bath with separate shower and oversized tub for that relaxing time. There is also a send master suite with a queen bed and a private bath. Then you will have a third bedroom with a queen bed as well as two other bedroom with two twin beds in each room.

House also provides high-speed internet for your convenience and internet needs.

Outside will be your private pool with lounging chairs as well as a four chair table for relaxing, outdoor eating or games setting up for relaxation and entertainment, all under the screened-in porch, charcoal grill available (charcoal not provided).

It is important to note that, during your stay in this vacation home, only those who will have access are the registered guests.

This is a self-catering vacation home, however the initial items will be available at the house which include mini shampoo, mini conditioner and mini soap in each full bathroom. Guests must purchase any further items that may be needed during the stay. In the kitchen pantry will have three garbage bags for the kitchen and game room trash bins and an additional five smaller trash bags for toilet trash bins. Pantry will also contain a dish sponge, an extra roll of paper towel. Laundry will have detergent and dryer sheets. Host will replenish as needed. Linens/sheets one sheet kit per bed. Towels are available in each of the linen closets in both master rooms on the second floor. Pool towels are available in the laundry room.
Please note for the comfort for all guests this is a non-smoking home, so any smoke odor will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.
