• Parking is allowed only on the home's driveway. To comply with Bella Vida Resort regulations, pavements must remain completely clear at all times.
• Street parking is strictly prohibited anywhere within the community.
• Any vehicle parked on the street, grass, or blocking the pavement is subject to immediate towing at the guest's expense, including all towing and recovery fees.
• Please ensure all drivers in your group are aware of this policy to avoid penalties.
