House Rules & Resort Policies
To ensure a safe, peaceful, and wonderful stay for you and our neighbors, we strictly enforce the following rules. Booking this property means you agree to comply with these terms:
* Maximum Occupancy: Strict limit of 8 guests max. Only guests listed on the official reservation are permitted on the property. No extra or unregistered overnight guests allowed.
* No Parties or Events: Gathering, parties, or large events of any kind are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
* Strictly Non-Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free home. Smoking, vaping, or using e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the condo or on the screened-in patio.
* Quiet Hours: Enforced daily from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during these hours.
* No Pets: The resort association enforces a strict no-pet policy for all rental guests. Only registered service animals are permitted.
* Parking & Vehicle Restrictions: Free open-lot parking is available for up to 2 standard vehicles. Upon arrival, you must present your booking confirmation to security or the clubhouse desk to receive your mandatory vehicle pass. Per HOA rules, RVs, commercial trucks, trailers, boats, golf carts, e-bikes, and e-scooters are strictly prohibited on the property.

* Self-Check-In: This is a self-check-in property utilizing a secure smart lock. Your unique entry code will be sent to you 24 hours prior to arrival. Please note: The resort front desk does not manage this unit or hand out keys.
