Each room is furnished with Streaming & Cable TV with a private en suite bathroom.

With 2 floors and enough space for 12 people, our villa is the perfect place to create unforgettable memories with your loved ones!

Our stunning home offers a spacious main floor with a luxurious king-size bedroom, a modern bathroom, an inviting living-dining room, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Upstairs, you'll find a heavenly bedroom with another king-size bed and a beautiful en-suite bathroom, as well as a cozy bedroom with two queen-size beds, a charming bedroom with two twin-size beds, a fourth bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub, and a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The property includes the following amenities for your comfort and convenience: a furnished patio, a soothing whirlpool tub, 3 designated parking spaces, 5 TVs with cable, complimentary Wi-Fi, HVAC for climate control, towels, and linens, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

Throughout the property, the simple, elegant minimalistic d?cor maximizes all the ambient.

Please note that the initial credit card information requested during the booking process is solely for website registration purposes. Welfare Vacation Homes will subsequently request your credit card details through our property management system for the actual payment. We have implemented a thorough three-step authorization process to ensure the utmost information security:

1. Submission of Reservation Agreement and Credit Card Information.
2. Submission of a Personal Portrait Holding the Credit Card and ID.
3. Electronic Signatures Verification.

Additionally, we are delighted to offer our valued guests the option of installment payments. The availability of this installment option is determined by the number of full months between the booking and check-in dates.

To receive a refund, any reservation cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival or in the event of a no-show will not qualify for a refund. However, cancellations made at least 30 days in advance will incur only a 4.5% transaction fee. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date.

If you choose to complete your reservation and make the payment via wire transfer or Zelle, you will not be required to pay the 4.5% cancellation fee.

Parking Area: Our property provides parking space for up to three cars at no extra cost.

A Pack & Play and a High Chair will be available if you request one day before your arrival.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for an extra charge if the property schedule permits it.

The resort fee is optional and not mandatory. You can choose to pay it at the clubhouse entrance if you decide to use the amenities.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

For the safety and security of our guests, our vacation homes are equipped with exterior surveillance cameras strategically placed on the front porch and sides of the property.
