Parking Guidelines

grassed areas, and the street clear.
* Overflow parking may be available, although spaces are unassigned
and cannot be reserved.
* Only standard passenger vehicles are permitted; larger or specialty
vehicles such as RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, boats, and
commercial vehicles are not allowed.
* Vehicles parked outside community guidelines may be towed at the
guest’s expense.

Pool and Outdoor Amenities

* The private pool includes a child safety fence for added
protection.
* If pool heating is requested, it should be arranged at least 48
hours in advance.
* Pool heat is capped at 95°F and works through a heat-exchange
system, so performance can be limited during colder weather.
* In low temperatures, the heater’s built-in safety system may pause
operation temporarily to prevent overheating, so this service may
not always be available.

Housekeeping and Care of the Home

* The home is self-catering, with a starter supply provided for
arrival; guests may wish to pick up any additional essentials
needed during their stay.
* Trash should be placed in the outdoor plastic bench each day to
help maintain the home.
* Daily housekeeping is not included during the stay.
* Extra charges may apply if additional cleaning is needed or if

Deliveries and Online Orders
