With three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms, our spacious townhouse comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for large families or groups. Upon entry, you'll be welcomed by a cozy ambiance, an open floor plan, and abundant natural light. Sink into relaxation in the inviting living room, complete with plush sofas and a generous TV for memorable movie or game nights.

The fully equipped kitchen and adjacent dining area offer all the essentials for preparing and savoring family meals together. Our charming residence is nestled in the enchanting Encantada community, offering a secure and picturesque setting within a gated community. Immerse yourself in the luxurious resort-style atmosphere, providing the perfect backdrop for your vacation.

Feel free to explore the neighborhood at your leisure, whether on foot or by car. Parking is complimentary and available in front of our home or at the clubhouse, where you can access fantastic amenities.

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, we have a few house rules in place. Parties and smoking are prohibited. We welcome pre-registered dogs, with a maximum of two per stay and a pet fee. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other pets. As a courtesy, our home is stocked with a basic starter pack of toiletries, but for extended stays, additional supplies may be needed.

Your stay at Casita De Coco promises comfort, convenience, and the opportunity to create lasting memories.     Wonderful stay!

    Wow! What an amazing stay! We walked into a beautifully decorated home for Christmas (which was a beautiful surprise and actually made my mother in law cry!). Esmeralda (owner) and her team, made the house feel like home for our 5 day Disney trip. We booked the place for our family of 3 little kids (ages 1, 3 and 5) and my husband’s parents. The three rooms were lovely and spacious and accommodated our party of 7 very comfortably (Esmeralda even made sure we had a pack and play for our one year old which was super helpful!) Esmeralda was extremely responsive to any of our questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The location great; close to the Disney parks and there are many restaurants and shops in the area. We highly recommend this beautiful Casita DeCoco and would definitely stay here again when we make it back to Disney!
