Very good location to the parks! The apartment was clean well supplied. I had my dog so that was nice to be able to leave him safe wile my family went out. Security was very good. The restaurants weren’t open wile we were there, but there was plenty around and Uber was good to come in and deliver food. Definitely would stay again when we go to Orlando

This place was a beautiful location… The pools were gorgeous. The grounds were well kept and the people were super nice. We thought that we rented a certain apartment at the resort, but you just get any two bedroom at the resort so it really doesn’t match the photos. We were in a renovated building so it was very clean except for the tiny ants in the kitchen, which they totally took care of. They even offered us a different roomOnce we were settled, and everything was taken care of everything was very nice

My family and I had a great time at Westlake despite the cooler than expected weather. The unit was clean and spotless. The space was very spacious in each area of the unit. The view from the balcony was breath taking. We will definitely be coming back. The price exceeded my expectations for the New Year weekend.

Disney Family Vacay

From Maryland It was AhMazing. We used to own Westgate property booking thru Vrbo provided us the vip service without the timeshare commitment. Great location to all the parks. My doordashers were great came to my door. Lots to do on the property. I have a hip injury and was worried about mobility support they have scooters on site no delivery or drop off. Shout of appreciation to Justin We will be back.

Positives included location to Universal; activities on site including Pirates Cove water park, bowling, and the arcade; and comfortable beds. Negatives were no access to Wi-Fi; a broken toilet that would not flush which they kept sending someone, but they couldn’t fix it which was a problem. Cleanliness wasn’t great; needs updating.

Don’t hesitate to book

I just want to first say this Resort is beautiful, it’s in a great area. You are literally surrounded by plenty of restaurants, shops, stores and outlets. You are with in arms reach of Universal Studios. My stay was wonderful. I didn’t get a chance to experience the spa here at the resort due to them being closed til 10/13 but maybe next time. My partner and I came here for Horror Nights and it was amazing we will definitely be back. I love everything about the resort from the food places here as well as the bowling alley on site. What are you all waiting for book now and just incase you are wondering it’s definitely kid friendly. We saw plenty of kids here and having fun . Thank you all so much again for a wonderful welcome and stay . We will definitely be back sooner than later ☺️☺️

Great Value, great location, extremely satisfied.

Was a bit skeptical with all the time share talk but was only asked once via a phone call and the rep quickly and kindly respected my response. We stayed 5 nights. Originally 4 and extended. Checkin was quick and easy. Villa was clean and very spacious. Plenty of towels on site. WiFi was useless, unless you have absolutely no way to get online I would just stick with data, probably the only let down of the place. Cell data was spotty also (AT&T). Not a dealbreaker since we were mostly there to sleep and rest only. Location is near a lot of attractions and had some good dining options within a 5-10 minute drive. The intersection by Whole Foods can get congested pretty bad, but manageable. Someone in our building complex (not our group) triggered the fire/smoke alarm at 4:30am one night, which was extremely annoying but obviously not the host or Westgate’s fault. Pretty sure someone decided to smoke in their room. Security was quick to respond. Nice knowing there’s security checking all cars that enter. Overall, we had a great time here. I would highly recommend a stay here. And I’ll definitely be back. Great value, definitely a steal via Vrbo! Host was also very nice and accommodating and quick to respond! Thank you!!!
