Gorgeous

The townhouse was exactly as photographed. We loved the attention to detail (welcome basket of water/snacks, and cosmetic wash clothes, etc.). I also greatly appreciate the management company mailing my daughter’s nightlight that she had forgotten there. Can’t recommend enough!

Just as described! Super clean home!

I was really impressed with this rental! All the little details and beautiful decor made it feel like home. It was absolutely spotless! I have rented several vacation homes in the past but this one was the first one that included a welcome kit of essentials like coffee, snacks, detergent, etc.. It was amazing! I do suggest stocking a few coffee filters with the welcome kit or a reusable coffee filter because it looked like folks may have tried using the coffee maker without a filter. I cleaned it out and bought filters but some folks may be confused since you do provide coffee but no filters. My only complaints are that the noise rules for the neighborhood should be better enforced. One of the houses across the street were still playing music and being very loud at 1am. Luckily my kids were so tired they slept right through it. Overall however this was as as close to perfect as you can get! Rent this house! And be nice to it so others can continue to enjoy it! It’s a gem!

Awesome place to stay

Had a great experience staying here. The theme rooms were amazing. Pros: *Only 30 to 40 minutes away from Disney World and Universal Studios. 1.5 hours to Kennedy Space Center (depends on traffic) *Clean and very welcoming. *Has all the amenities you will need for your stay including dishwasher pods, dish washing soap & sponge, laundry soap all utensils for cooking and standard 12 cup coffee maker. *Kids will love the Peter Pan and Harry Potter room. *Adukts will love the master bedrooms *close to Target store and restaurants to eat at ( I recommend Bob Evan’s) Cons: *large resort with one entry point that can very busy at times. Traffic was backed up for a mile with cars either trying to get into the resort or cars trying get through on the one lane road *have to pay extra if you want the pool heated *have to pay extra to use the BBQ. *Area traffic sucks wherever you go. Why? Mostly one or two lane highways with massively long traffic signals and inpatient drivers. Overall a great place to stay with the family for the price.

The property was well kept and we truly enjoyed the cute outdoor area. The pool wasnt large but it was perfect for our needs. Overall, we truly enjoyed our experience.
