The Space:

You step into a bright, open town‑home where the living area invites the whole family to gather, the kitchen aromas mingle with the soft hum of the nearby community pool, and a small patio offers a quiet spot for two to enjoy a sunrise coffee. The layout feels both roomy and intimate, giving each guest a place to unwind after a day at the parks.



Sleeping arrangements

- Master bedroom on the lower level features a king‑size bed and an ensuite bathroom.

- Upstairs, Bedroom 2 is a bunk configuration with a twin over full plus a trundle bed, perfect for kids or extra guests.

- Bedroom 3 offers another king‑size bed.

All three bedrooms are served by three full bathrooms, with the two upstairs rooms sharing a full‑size bathroom.



Living space

The large living area comfortably seats the entire family, flowing into a breakfast nook and a spacious indoor dining table for shared meals. A small patio off the living room provides outdoor seating for two, ideal for a quick snack or evening breeze.



Kitchen & dining

A full kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee and tea supplies, and all the basics lets you prepare simple meals or a family feast. The adjacent dining area makes it easy to gather around the table for breakfast, dinner, or board games.



Community amenities

Step outside the gated Regal Palm Resort & Spa to enjoy a pool with a slide, a lazy river, an indoor playground, a gym, a restaurant/bar, and an ice‑cream shop. The community amenity center and clubhouse are just a short walk away, offering plenty of options for relaxation and fun without leaving the grounds.

You’re a short drive from Disney World and other major Orlando attractions, with easy access to I‑4 and I‑192. The Orlando Airport is about 40 minutes away, making arrivals and departures straightforward.



Important details

A mandatory resort fee of $22.40 per day applies to up to ten guests and includes wrist bands; the resort will provide a maximum of ten wrist bands at guest services. Free washer and dryer are available for your convenience. This family‑friendly town‑home blends comfort, convenience, and a lively community setting for a memorable Orlando stay.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complementary access to resort amenities.



IMPORTANT There is a resort fee of $22.40 including tax per day for 10 people/wrist bands. $22.40 PER DAY Please note that the resort fee is mandatory and applicable whether amenities are used or not. RESORT WILL PROVIDE 10 WRIST BANDS MAX AT GUEST SERVICES.

Situated next to the Highlands Reserve Golf Club, and just minutes from the excitement Orlando has to offer,



Getting Around:

Feel safe & right at home as you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Private double driveway that fits (2) cars.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
