A sophisticated 6 bedroom and 5 ½ bath pool home with hot tub and games room. The property backs on to conservation land with a south-west facing pool deck, located within the premium Bellavida resort in Kissimmee – just minutes from the attractions.

The bright living area at the rear of the home overlooks the pool deck. It is a generous space and perfect for relaxing in an evening, with a large screen TV for watching a movie or catching up on your favorite shows. High speed internet and cable TV are provided. A secondary living area, with cool coastal hues, ensures there is plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone.

The spacious kitchen has everything you may need to cater for your group as well as stainless steel appliances and wrap-around breakfast bar seating. There is a small casual dining area towards the front of the home, or a full formal dining table and chairs towards the rear of the home.

Outdoors, there is a further patio table and chairs under a covered shaded area. The pool deck backs on to luscious green conservation land, and faces south-west to enjoy the Florida sunshine throughout most of the day right up until sunset. There is a large pool and bubbling spa. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost. Plenty of outdoor seating means you can spend the full day relaxing around the pool.
BBQ rental available: 3 burner $89 per week / 4 burner $99 per week incl tank of propane (needs to be ordered 7+ days in advance - BBQs not stored at the home)

The property has two master bedrooms each with a kingsize bed in solid wood furniture, plus ensuite bathrooms. There are 2 queen bedrooms, each with their own elegant identity. There is a further bedroom with a full bed, as well as a bedroom with a bunk (full below, twin above) perfect for the kids. Bedrooms are located upstairs with TVs in each room.

There is fun for all ages in the games room, equipped with a pool table and foosball. Upstairs there is a quiet nook with an L-shaped desk if you need to catch up with work during your stay. Washing and drying machines are provided for guest use.

The Bella Vida resort is a quiet gated community of high-end homes, just 8 miles from Disney and close driving distance to Universal and Sea World. The resort clubhouse and pool back onto a large pond with plenty of loungers to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. There are basketball and volleyball courts, a fitness center, as well as a playground for the little ones. The clubhouse also offers a gym, table tennis and foosball.

Great house and wonderful location!!

Everything was great and we really enjoyed having the pool and hot tub --extra to heat the pool but it was great without that for our stay--the guys really enjoyed the pool table and so did the women, gave us a chance to chat and catch up--we had planned to go to the Medival Festival and Capones for dinner --both were close by and fun.

Huge house with lots of bedrooms.

We enjoyed our stay in this huge house with plenty of bedrooms. The pool was bigger than I expected. However, our stay would have been better if they provided a good non-stick pan for making eggs and at least some salt and pepper.

Fun Family Home

We enjoyed this property thoroughly. It was a mixed group of us with friends and family and we had a child with us. The house was large enough that everyone had their own room and bathroom and could comfortably stay in their room or visit in the family rooms provided. The pool was large and convenient and they cleaned it while we were there. We even used the community pool which was very nice as well. I appreciated most of all how responsive the property managers were to our questions and needs. We would rent this again.

Disney trip of a life time

We took our family to Disney for 4 days. We didn't want to stay in the park so we looked for alternative housing. The house fit all of our needs with plenty of room for all. If you are coming in February and plan to use the pool, pay for the pool heat. It's worth it. A great stay

Great experience!

We were in town for a work conference. The house was clean, comfortable and close to a Walmart - great for grabbing groceries and items that may have been forgotten while packing for the trip. There is ample space for family meals and gatherings. We planned on eating out at restaurants during the trip but the kitchen was so comfortable we decided to make meals and enjoy the pool. The bedrooms were larger than expected. Great experience!

Awesome time!

The property itself was nice. We did run into a couple issues. The first was that none of the bathroom outlets worked when we arrived due to a faulty GFCI outlet, but it was quicky fixed! There also was an issue with the hot tub water level when the pump wasn't on that was discussed with the guy checking the pool. Other than that, it was a pretty good stay!

I'd rent it again

This is a nice property. It is not super luxurious nor is it a bad place to stay. The house has plenty of space. Four of the six bedrooms have private bathrooms the other two bedrooms that share a bath. The pool and jacuzzi were clean and well maintained. The bedding is comfortable. And the other furnishings are more than adequate. The only negative points would be that the house could use more towels and cookware, and the flooring for the stairs could use updating. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and I would stay there again.

Disney trip

The house was perfect for us to come home from Disney in the evenings. The kids loved the pool which we had them heat for the little ones. The hot tub was great first night, but did not warm up the last 2 nights. They responded immediately but it did not warm up for us. It didn’t ruin our Disney vacation. Loved the extra towels and house had everything we needed. Each bedroom having a bathroom helped everyone getting ready for the day much faster. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful home!

Great communication skills of the host. Fast responses and action was taken on a dishwasher issue. Beautiful home. Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub were clean. Extra towels was great as well. My one suggestion is that the hot tub should be able to be hotter. It was cool to lukewarm and we often didn’t use it for that reason. The host addressed this issue as well. Thank you for a great stay during our National Tennis championships!

Plenty of room in this home for family vacation

We had seven adults and all were very satisfied with the space in this home. Super clean and roomy. Wi-Fi worked well but limited cable TV channels, but we weren't really around much to watch TV so it was ok. Excellent bargain for the price for sure! Located near lots of shopping and restaurants. Private pool as well as a resort pool (very spacious and clean) and club house on site. The only down side, and totally understandable, you have to purchase your own supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper for the week, coffee, laundry detergent. There is a walmart almost next door so it made it easy. The upstairs is not extremely cool for Florida weather and they did supply some fans, but we had to purchase two additional fans in order to sleep comfortably. We left them behind, so you're welcome! Management company was extremely responsive, even allowing us to check in two hours early for no fee and have a late check out for minimal fee of $45. Overall, very satisfied.

The spaces in the house were nice. We had a group of four friends and each had their own room with en-suite baths. The bathrooms were fairly clean but most of the shower heads were partially clogged. The bedding was clean but most complained that the mattresses were uncomfortable. The hot tub was nice but the temp was only 87 degrees which is kind of low considering that we paid 140 for 4 days for the heater. The coffee maker was broken but they replaced it fairly quickly. I have stayed at several of these types of homes over the last several years and I would rate this 5 on a scale of 10 compared to the rest.

The house is very spacious with great comfy beds. Having private bathrooms in each room was a HUGE plus.But the "only" bathroom on the first floor did not work. I called the first day and was told someone would come the next day to check it. Nobody ever came. So you had to go outside to the pool bathroom (which was not clean) or upstairs (pain in the butt).

Great home.Comfortable beds. Pool and hot tub very enjoyable. Screened in porch a big plus. The only small negative was the kitchen. Since we did all the cooking in the house, the lack of big pots and pans was a problem but then walmart was close so we purchased what we needed.

Great family home

This was a fantastic option for our family. It is close to Disney Parks and had plenty of room for the whole family. We took two days for breaks from the parks to spend family time hanging out at the pool. House was clean and rooms were comfortable.
