Wonderful stay!

Lovely stay at M&M Dream Villa. The beds are super comfy & it has all of the amenities you’d need for a break away in Florida. The children particularly liked the swimming pool & games room! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location!

We loved this property! The location as perfect for our visit to Hollywood Studios and the private pool/hot tub was fantastic for our family of 4. Our boys loved their Star Wars room and the Avengers game room was a huge hit as well!

Beautiful house!

Absolutely loved our stay here! Great neighborhood, and very private pool area. Very clean and comfortable! We loved the pool and hot tub! All of the themed rooms were very cool!

Beautiful home

Fantastic Home & Location

The house was wonderful! Super easy check-in; we just showed up at the house with our lock code. Communication with Meta & Michael before our arrival and during our stay was great. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the entire family fought over the massage chair. The game room had games everyone could enjoy. The pool and hot tub were the perfect end to the day. It's also a short drive to Disney. Several of us enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Christmas vacation

Large Hot Tub

Excellent place for our Disney getaway!

Best location, wonderful theming, great owner communication!

I have stayed in several rental homes and can't wait to return to this one. The location was so close to the parks. The Disney theming throughout the home was fun! You forgot your toothbrush? They have you covered. Everything you need is supplied. The kitchen is fully stocked, even down to themed waffle makers. The game room has a multi-game arcade machine and pool table as well as board games. We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation!

First off, this property is very easy to get to and to go to Disney or whereever you might go. It was quiet at night and we could enjoy the pool and hot tub. Another plus to the pool is there was a railing/grab bar to get into the pool. It was also very clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. We fully enjoyed our vacation.

Great Vacation

This house is in a great location for Disney. It's very easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. Lots of restaurants nearby. The house was very clean. We also appreciated the care package given to us by Meta and Michael during hurricane Idalia.

Comforts of home

This house is perfect for any type of visit. It was warm and charming and filled with character, literally from Disney to M&M. I would highly recommend this house to anybody looking to stay in the Kissimmee area near Disney or universal studios or any other theme park close by. The house is very well maintained and kept up by the property management and the cleanliness was spot on. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We had a great time!

Everything about the house was as expected, it was all redone and there was new furniture, beds and plenty of appliances for every need. We enjoyed the pool and it was very quiet and backs up to a nature reserve. The neighborhood is quiet and walkable. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms in the home and even two kids rooms that are beautifully decorated. We also enjoyed the game room, it had video games, pool table, board games and an arcade game. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Disney Trip

This was the perfect property for our family (grandparents, parents, 9 yo daughter and 6 yo son) visit to Disney. It was super convenient to the parks and to a Walmart for a grocery pick up on the way to the house. All was as described from the listing and there were more than enough amenities provided - paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent, coffee pods and more!!! The host provides a downloadable site that provides all your house details that was super helpful! And the one question we had was answered immediately by Meta, she was super attentive and helpful. Will most definitely be saving this listing for future stays when visiting Disney!

Amazing….again

We were the first guests at the M&M Dream villa during our Spring Break, and we were the first guests last year at Crush’s Crash Pad Everything was amazing, and we couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable, relaxing week. Meta and Michael have always been so responsive if there was a question, or inquiry.

All the Magic!!

It was quite welcoming to see such a personalized greeting as soon as I entered the home. The technology was unmatched and allowed us to easily navigate the amenities, understand property rules, see recommendations for dining and so much more. The idea that someone took time to ensure I felt at home is priceless. The beds were comfy, pool was warm, home decor adds to the magic, neighborhood is beautiful and so close to all the places I love(i.e. shopping) & my children love, theme parks! 10 out of 10, definitely recommend!

Our Ultimate Dream Vacation

We chose this vacation rental for our dream vacation, taking our grandsons (and their parents!) to Disney World, and it was perfect! Super clean and so comfortable, with lots of space for everyone, and Disney decor everywhere! If I had a do-over I would plan the vacation with more time at the house, because there were so many fun options for activities there. The pool and hot tub were the favorites for all of us. The pool was so warm, the perfect temperature. We really appreciated the extra safety measures of an alarm when you open the back door and a safety fence around the pool. The location of the home was perfect, with 3 minutes to Walmart for a grocery order pickup and so close to the parks that Grandpa would take the others to get in line before the parks opened, then come back to get me and we would go later. I found this vacation rental to be a good value. It definitely helped to make our dream vacation everything we dreamed of and more!

Disney vacation

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property. The closeness to the Disney parks was great and my daughter loved the pool area and game room. Communication with the property owners was great but the communication with the management is lacking. The owners were quick to responding to us but after notifying the owners of things in the home we were unsatified with the communication from property management about resolving the issue was lacking. We came back to the house to discover someone from management had been in the house while we were gone without giving us prior notice, which left us feeling a bit uneasy. The house was as described and Meta and Michael were quick to respond while we were there.

We had a Great stay!

We just completed a 60 day stay at the M&M villa. This is our 4th visit to the area and this was by far the best of all. Because we were there for an extended period, we so appreciated all of the extra amenities …especially the glass and plastic dishes providing the ability to eat indoors or outdoors. The kitchen provided the necessary cooking pans and utensils so that we were able to prepare almost any meal we desired. As we had various sets of visitors during our stay, we were easily able to accommodate all of their needs. For those visiting with small children, you have gone above and beyond to provide equipment that might be usable for adventures. Having everything on the main floor was so helpful for those of us who are challenged by stairs. We also spent many hours by the pool and hot tub and appreciated the outdoor seating area where we could share cocktails and appetizers. Our granddaughter loved the pool basketball hoop. Thank you for thinking through the extra details for what a home could provide to make our stay so comfortable.It was wonderful to be in such a central location - close to many activities and fabulous restaurants.

Great Vacation Home

We stayed 9 days at the M&M Dream Villa. Overall it was a great stay! They had a great pool area, private backyard and the house was clean minus a few minor issues upon arrival. The house was stocked with toilet paper, towels and dishes etc. The game room was a cool spot for my teenage kids to hang out. It was close to the H2O water park which is an awesome place to enjoy the water slides without the crowds. Very close to Disney but about 30-40 minutes from Universal. Traffic was an issue at any time of day/night. The area where the house is located is quiet and clean. Pool heat is included in your stay which was nice considering many other rental homes were charging extra for this, however the heat never had to kick on cause it was crazy hot the whole week we were there. The BBQ was a great option as well for the chill nights at the house. Each room had its own bathroom which my teens loved! A few complaints we had were the doors. The front door key pad gave us a few issues throughout the week so we had to call in the number for help. There is a childproof alarm on the patio door that leads to the pool so when it opens, it beeps loudly. It took us a bit to figure out how this worked but was a nuisance for us early risers while trying to let the kids sleep cause we wouldn't hit the button on time so it would sound and wake everyone up. The other issue I had is that there is a crew that comes in to mow the lawn and care for the pool which is great however, it would have been nice to get a notification about the date and time that this would take place. When I opened the curtain in the bedroom, the pool guy was right there and it was totally unexpected. The guy who came to mow the lawn came really early and woke up the kids. It was great to have them maintain the property but a notification about their arrival would have been appreciated. Meta was quick at responding to questions or concerns which was great! Overall our experience was great and our family had an amazing time and made great memories! Would definitely rent from them again!

Lovely villa in quiet area

Lovely villa, beds very comfortable. Felt at home. Loved the little extras (coffee machine, blender ). Hot tub is a great luxury after a long day at the parks. Area very quiet. Son and husband enjoyed the games room. Great to have the 3 bathrooms.
