Fantastic clean hotel with everything you could need. I think it must be fairly new as our taxi didn’t know the name of it but the address was simple to find.
The room was spacious and we really liked the extra seating space. Shower was roomy as well. The staff were very helpful.

Clean modern hotel. Well maintained. Stayed here to attend a conference at West Convention Centre. Easy to access ride-share as it’s too far to walk to each day. Great reliable free shuttle service every 10 mins to Universal establishments. Fantastic pool area and had no issues with any food I ordered or purchased from the cafe and market store on site.

Would highly recommend if you want to stay at a Universal Resort that won’t cost you a fortune. FREE bus that takes you to all Universal parks and City walk. Pool was fantastic and the food options on site were better here than other places.
