THE HOME

An open floor plan with soaring high ceilings connects the living room, dining area, sitting room, and kitchen in one light-filled space. The living room opens to the pool and fairway through large sliding glass doors, and a separate sitting room offers a quieter corner to read or relax. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a gas stove, plus a breakfast nook overlooking the pool deck and golf course — perfect for morning coffee.
SLEEPING — ROOM FOR 8

Primary King Suite (main floor) — king bed, walk-in closet, and a private en-suite bath with a large soaking tub and separate walk-in shower. 50" Roku TV and beautiful pool and golf course views, with pool access just outside.
Queen Guest Room (upstairs) — queen bed and 50" Roku TV; an ideal retreat for a couple.
Two Kids' Twin Rooms (upstairs) — two twin beds each (sleeps four total), with 50" and 43" Roku TVs.
The three upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with a roomy walk-in shower, and a convenient half bath is located downstairs off the main living area.
