This is a super cute little cottage. It is easily accessible on the property. I saw deer and other wildlife on the property. It was very peaceful and perfect lovation for our trip.

Excellent location

Very close to Disney world and universal studios. Beautiful campground and very clean and well kept. I loved seeing the alligators in the pond. Cottage manager/ owner was excellent. We will definitely return and tell family and friends.

Close to everything!

Perfect little cottage for your vacation. I loved how there was plenty of space for us and the dog. It was close to all the Disney parks. Only downfall is the campground doesn’t supply any grills so we did have to go buy a little charcoal grill. Other than that we enjoyed our week here and would book it again.

Nice location

We were down to watch our daughter's softball tournament for college. This was a great location as she played at 2 different locations that were in opposite directions. This location was exactly in the middle. The property was a nice small place for my wife and I to stay with our pets. The location was a very nice and friendly area to walk our dogs and/or to hang out at the pool. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Cottage Getaway

This is my second stay at this lovely and quaint cottage, and I am continuously satisfied. Especially, with the peaceful surroundings and beauty of early morning sunrise while the family of deer harmoniously blend in within the natural landscape so close to the RVs & Cottages. As always, the cottage owner maintains a clean, well-stocked home with all the necessary amenities! I can’t help but feel like I’m in my own home during my stay here at this comfy & cozy cottage so close to Walt Disney Parks! Quaint stay in Kissimmee

This cottage was in a great location and was a great price for how convenient it was to Disney. However, the place could have used a deeper cleaning and some brand new towels as there was pet hair that had been washed with the towels and sheets. Listing specifies that it is pet friendly, but not for high shedding pets and I believe there was a high shedding dog there before our stay. Not a big deal, just messed with my and my husband's allergies a little. Overall, it was a relatively comfortable stay.

Fantastic stay!!!

This cottage was PERFECT for our mother/daughter Disney visit. We frequent the area a lot and have stayed in many short term rentals. This was the best! The location is close to everything (especially theme parks) but yet tucked back out of the way of the hustle and bustle of the area, easy to get to, and very safe and secure. It’s quiet and everyone around was friendly. Full use of the amenities and the pool was great!! The cottage itself was adorable, clean, well stocked with necessities, and very functional. Shawna is quick to answer any questions/concerns and rectify any issues (had an issue with the washer on a Sunday and she had a repairman there the next day). Overall a wonderful stay!!

PROS: The location is very close to Disney. It's a very quiet area. There is a washer and dryer. It's nice to walk around the property and see all the wildlife that comes out in the evenings. Gate guards are very friendly. CONS: Some of the towels had holes in them. There needed to be a dehumidifier, because it was very moist during the night. The door will not close(latch) on its own. It has to be physically locked, which isn't easy when you have stuff in your hands while coming in. Not as close to Universal and have to deal with Disney traffic everyday.

Cozy and convenient!

Had a wonderful week long stay with our dog. Beautifully maintained neighborhood with lots of amenities and the house is exactly as described. The house is easy to get to from the entrance of the neighborhood and there is a TON to do nearby. Every restaurant you could imagine! Sooooo close and convenient to Disney parks and a true 20mins or less from Universal. Great neighborhood for dogs with enclosed dog parks a short walk away. There is some grass "yard" immediately at the house but plan to walk about 200' for better puppy potty areas. The host was wonderful! She kept in contact the entire time and gave very good instructions. One thing I worried about from pictures was the size of driveway. We drove our full-sized Dodge and it fit easily with room for a car also if needed! 10/10 we WILL stay here again if available for our next trip!

Well-equipped 1-bedroom manufactured home in a gated RV park. Perfect for 1-2 people. Interior very homey. I could do work at the kitchen table, and relax with the TV. Quick drive to grocery and many restaurants. (I did not go to any theme parks, so cannot comment on drive time.) I felt safe walking around the park. Friendly staff in the office where you could buy a few beverages or sundries. Fitness room and pool available. Some noise from refrigerator (did not hear with bedroom door closed) and air conditioning unit. Could hear large RV's as they passed, but did not interrupt sleep. Dogs are allowed--noticed dog hair on sofa cover. Overall would recommend.

Fantastic little gem in an extremely convenient location

I will start by saying that this place is great. It is located in a gated RV/small home park with plenty of open spaces and amenities, near the Old Town area. It is economical and quite a bang for the buck. There were a couple of issues (the most notable one being a rather noisy washing machine, although Shawna said it was new and she'd look into it). It was a bit small for us, but the location was great, and we liked the large dog run for our doodles.I do have to say the neighborhood may not be for everyone - our dogs can be barkers (which is why we looked for a detached unit), and we received complaints when we left them during the middle of the day. Shawna was very nice and understanding about it but was unable to offer a refund. We did choose to move to a different location because we feared the neighbors would not complain any less. That being said, if you're a smaller party with small/medium pets, this place is likely a great spot for you!

Best part is the pool

The biggest problem with my stay was that the “cabin” did not seem very clean. There was a left over open packet of honey on the counter that someone put a propped up picture in front of instead of cleaning. There were no cleaning supplies on site. I sent messages to the booking person that were not responded to. I grabbed linen out of the closet that smelled like someone had sprayed their perfume all over it making me assume it was never washed after use. There was a hole in the door and crack in the ceiling. The “access card” was never found. And the bed was HORRIBLE! The pool on site was truly heated however and the on-site staff were nice.
