Spacious west facing deck, private heated pool (pool heating is an optional extra and is recommended between October and April) with wonderful views over the 11th and 12th fairways of Highlands Reserve golf course. The lanai spans the whole width of the pool deck providing great shade for even the hottest of days. Approximately 15 minutes from Disney, 25 minutes from SeaWorld and Universal Studios and conveniently located for all the fantastic shopping Orlando has to offer.
We have recently completed a programme of refurbishment including redecoration inside and outside, re-carpeting, new dining room and sitting room furniture, three new king-sized beds, each 50in/1.27m Smart TV's, matching furniture and new bedding throughout. The dining room is also large and quiet enough to use as a home office.
Imagine yourself sitting by the pool at the end of a wonderful day at one of Orlando’s famous theme parks, a cold drink in your hand, watching the sun sink below the horizon. You can even enjoy an evening dip in the flood-lit pool!
The 18 hole, par 72 golf course is a real gem and should not be missed, particularly as all the greens have recently been renewed. Highlands Reserve also gives the visitor a great opportunity to look out for local wildlife including sand cranes, egrets, turkey vultures and other birds of prey wheeling overhead, and armadillos and raccoons wandering around.
This safe and friendly community resort is ideal for families, with communal leisure facilities that include fully equipped children’s play area, tennis courts and large swimming pool. Pavements all around ensure safe walking. The local shopping area, Berry Town Centre, with its Publix supermarket, restaurants, takeaway food shops, bank, bars and filling station is less than five minutes away from our villa by car and ten minutes on foot.

• Separate formal dining room with seating for 8 people.
• Second living room with sofa, chair, coffee table, TV (60in./ this time), Blu-ray DVD player and games console. The patio door again has a safety alarm and gives direct views over the pool deck and the golf course
• Fully equipped kitchen with large double door fridge/freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser, cooker, microwave and dishwasher: large pantry
• Breakfast table in nook with seating for 4 and views over pool.
• Laundry room with sink, washer, dryer, iron & ironing board. The fire extinguisher is also kept here.
• Master suite - king size bed, 50in./1.27m. Smart TV, en-suite bathroom with large walk in shower and Jacuzzi/Spa type bath. The (safety alarmed) patio door again looks out over and gives access to the pool area and golf course beyond.
• Bedroom 2 - King size bed, 50in./1.27m. Smart TV and en-suite shower room having direct access to pool area.
