Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volleyball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience.  Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay.  It is a catch and release Lake in Glenbrook.

Other activities include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in bedrooms. Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (19 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (15 minutes)

Our pool villa is easily accessed with our keyless smart lock and is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. This will also disarm the alarm. There are 2 exterior cameras. One in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.

Inside, bright living spaces, skylights above the staircase, and thoughtfully arranged rooms make it easy to settle in with family or friends.

Sleeping arrangements
The home accommodates up to 14 guests across five bedrooms, with additional space in the family room. The first-floor master ensuite features a king bed, a standalone shower, a large soaking bathtub, and sliding doors that open directly to the pool area. A second ensuite upstairs includes a king bed. Additional bedrooms provide a variety of sleeping options, including a room with two queen beds, a themed room with two single beds, and another bedroom with one full bed and one twin bed. In the family room, a sectional with a queen sofa bed adds flexible space for extra guests. Each bedroom includes a smart TV and ceiling fan to support a comfortable stay.

Indoor living and entertainment
Inside, the home offers multiple areas designed for both relaxation and activity. The living room includes a dedicated workspace in a quiet room with a door, making it easy to focus when needed. An air-conditioned game room provides entertainment with a pool table, foosball table, arcade games, and a 55 inch TV. A children’s playroom with toys, books, and games adds another space where younger guests can unwind. Life size games, board games, exercise equipment, and a 65 inch HDTV with streaming services offer additional ways to spend time together indoors. Wifi and Ethernet connection are available throughout the home.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers a comfortable space to prepare meals during your stay. Stainless appliances, granite counters, and a Maytag stainless steel single oven are paired with a Maytag refrigerator, Mytag stove, microwave, dishwasher, and other cooking appliances. A dining table provides a welcoming place to gather for meals or conversation, while the coffee maker makes mornings easy to start.

Outdoor living
Sliding doors lead to a private patio and fully fenced backyard where outdoor furniture, sun loungers, and a pool view create a relaxing setting. The private outdoor pool and spa are available all year and can be heated for an additional cost. A private BBQ grill and outdoor dining area allow for meals outside, while the outdoor playground provides a place for children to play nearby.

Amenities and essentials
The home includes central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, room-darkening shades, and clothing storage including walk-in closets and dressers. Free washer and dryer access is available in the home. Family amenities include a crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, standalone high chair, children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, and children’s books and toys for multiple age groups. Exterior security cameras are positioned on the front and back of the property and face outward for safety. Parking includes four driveway spaces and free street parking.

Located in the Orlando Area, the home offers convenient access to major attractions, parks, golf courses, and shopping. Lake access is available through a nearby path or dock, and guests also have free resort access to nearby facilities including a shared gym.

No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs.
