"Beautiful boutique style hotel. Nicely decorated. Closely located near many restaurants and shopping areas, many within walking distance. The room we had was on the 1st floor directly across from the gym. The air conditioner was extremely loud and kept us up most of the night due to the noise and not cooling. I HATE the half shower doors that hotels are doing now but at least this one didn’t cause any floods. The aesthetic is great but functionality is poor. There was a terrible smell in our hallway and room that drove me crazy. I’d usually complain and ask to move but we were only staying there for one night before moving to a different resort with family for the duration of our vacation so I didn’t bother. The pool and lazy river was so cute and the kids loved it. Upon check out, the nice gentleman asked how my stay was and I just answered…ok. He picked up on my answer immediately and wanted to know more. I didn’t want to complain about the hotel at checkout, especially when I didn’t request any assistance with my concerns during my stay. He was nice and at least comped the parking without me even asking for anything. The smell alone was worth something. I would give this place another chance when we return to Orlando because of him, the location and it really is beautiful."
