Our condo townhouse was in a great location. The lazy river and pool was a bonus.The condo met our needs. The beds were great. My 93 year old mom had a hard time taking a shower due to no grab bars. The kitchen was well stocked.We did have to buy rafts for the lazy river.

My stay was incredible, the home was beautiful just as it was described in the photos and Mrs. Linda was very great and she responded when I had questions quickly. I would 100% refer this vacation home to others. The home is also within 10mins of Walmart, other stores & multiple restaurants.

Drive to Disney is not bad at all. For Universal studios is little longer than I expected, but overall is good location at very reasonable price with lota of space. Great place for a big family.

Great house

We loved this property! So much room for my large family. Everyone was so easily accommodated. We had an issue with the air conditioning that was dealt with promptly. The property also contained all of the baby things that we could possibly need including a high chair, pack & play, & stroller. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

Great stay for our Disney trip!

The setup was great for our group of 8, and we enjoyed the pool and water slide on our rest days! It's a solid 25-30 mins to get to the parks. We enjoyed ourselves there, and had prompt response for the one small issue we had and it was rectified quickly.

Lovely spot, spacious rental

Linda was an excellent host. The house was the perfect space as our landing spot for our touring around Florida and she was quick to reply and always friendly and helpful. The main living space is bigger than two other models of homes we've stayed at in the same complex. Thanks for a lovely holiday, Linda! Look forward to future travels.

Family vacation

I booked this place because of the size of the rental and the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the hurricane. But we would definitely book here again for future Disney trips.

Great Spot!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Fit our two families of 4 easily. The listing pictures accurately represent the property, the property was clean, and it was close to everything we needed (Disney, Universal, shopping, beaches). The pool area is great for kids/teens with the water slide and a small lazy river. Resort restaurant had good food and prompt service with friendly staff. If/When we return to Florida, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great family get away.

We all had a great time. The house was clean and exactly as described. Beautiful home. Check-in and out were very fast. Resort is well maintained and pool area was amazing even though we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. Should definitively come back!

Loved the Resort Atmosphere

Clubhouse, pool and Arcade were amazing. Pool had a Lazy river and a water slide, Tiki bar and ice cream parlor. We visited for 6 days, hit Disney parks for 2 days, rested at the Pool for a day and then hit 2 more parks. I only wish we had another full day just to chill at the pool again, it was very relaxing.

Family Friendly Town house

The location was not far from all of the major parks and we loved the pool. The property was well maintained. Our only complaint is that we were told that the arcade was open till a certain time, so we went the one night to use it and they had closed it early. So that was disappointing for our daughter who we had promised we would go. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great family friendly property

The front area of this home is beautiful and very welcoming. Parking for 2 bigger vehicles. The first level of this home has 1 bedroom, the kitchen, 1 and half bath and the living area. It is all tile flooring. The couch was dirty when we arrived with hair and a few stains. Off the living area is a very small back patio with a few lawn chairs. We did not use this area as the chairs and concrete were quite dirty. The house had zero essentials, toilet paper, cleaner etc. this was in the description. The second level of the house has 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and laundry closet. The entire second floor is carpet beside the bathrooms. The carpet was old and wore out. Needs to be replaced or cleaned. The beds were very comfortable and clean. All the rooms had newer TVs The AC worked great The resort area was excellent. The pool was very nice with no hidden fees. Resort is approximately 35 minutes from Disney area. Overall this is a very functional home and with a little better cleaning and a few minor upgrades this would be a 5 star home.I would stay here again.

Comfortable vacation property!

Overall we had a very positive experience. The owner of this property is lovely and was very responsive. The only behest I’ve thing for our party was that there was very little left in the property for use. We were only given 2 washing sheets (one of which we were expected to use to start laundry before our departure). There was nothing in the way of oil/salt and pepper/spices/tinfoil/plastic wrap. This won’t matter to some, but for us it meant we couldn’t cook much without purchasing a lot of stuff that would ultimately be wasted after our week stay and we would have loved to cook more. Otherwise, great stay. Staff at check in and pool/restaurant were also lovely!

A perfect getaway!

We've just left our 4-night, 5-day stay at Regal Palms, and it was fantastic! The resort property is well-maintained, and check-in was simple and efficient. There is an obvious pride of ownership in the house - attention to detail in the furnishings & decor were lovely. The primary suite upstairs was very comfortable - the 2 twin beds in each of the shared rooms were okay, I wouldn't recommend them for taller guests, but my 6ft tall son managed. The water pressure & faucets in each of the showers were old-builder grade, if you've got a full head of hair that requires lots of rinsing, be prepared for it to take a while (hubby & kids had no complaints). We spent 2 days out at the parks - travel was convenient & easy - this location is amazing. The other 2 days we spent lounging at the resort - the pool, lazy river & restaurant were fantastic. Our best time spent was in the water on site. We stopped at the Walmart close by prior to check-in - you really do need to supply EVERYTHING. There's a Dollar General just up the road that was convenient to stop and pick up some of the essentials we forgot (like salt & pepper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods...) Communication throughout our stay was fantastic - the kids are already asking when we can book again. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us!
