Discover Be Our Guest, a stylish 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath townhome in Solara Resort, perfect for families and groups visiting Orlando. This professionally decorated home combines comfort and modern design for a relaxing stay.

The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances makes cooking easy, while the dining area seats eight and the breakfast bar seats four. After a day at the parks, unwind in the open-plan living room or step outside to your private screened-in splash pool, patio dining, sun loungers, and half bath.

The home sleeps up to 11 guests with a first-floor bedroom featuring two full beds and a full bath, a master suite with king bed and private bath, another king bedroom with en-suite, a Mickey-themed bedroom with full and twin beds, plus a loft with a queen sleeper sofa and TV. Additional amenities include TVs throughout, laundry facilities, and free WiFi.

Guests also enjoy Solara Resort’s world-class amenities, including the Solstice Bar & Grille, resort pool, splash pad, fitness center, and sports courts, all just minutes from Disney, shopping, and golf.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Property was amazing ! Some times your see pictures on brochures and are disappointed.. but this was great .. what you saw is exactly what you got. Looking forward to visit again.

Dirty

I'm sorry to say, but the property is dirty and in need of maintenance. The drains ran extremely slow in every bathroom. The sheets on the beds were absolutely disgusting, had to call the local onsite manager to have them swapped out. Blood and fecal stains. (I have photos) You have to email proof that there's a problem and they lost my email with the photos. Took 6 hours and 3 phone calls before we secured new sheets to sleep on. All the dishes were rewashed when we arrived due to food deposits and we found what looked like mold on the tile floor beneath the furniture. The Solara resort is spectacular, but the operating hours are 8am to 8pm. This really isn't advertised anywhere and we were chastised for being in the fitness room too early (7:30am) and the pool area too late (8:30pm). I understand that liability is important, but after 30 years of Orlando visits, this was the first place that ever limited hours so severely. People work out early and I've never seen pool closings before 10-11pm. All in all, it is a nice, quiet, relaxing resort, and the property was nice, but we'll probably go elsewhere for our next visit.
