Casa Claudio is a four bedroom, three bathroom condo in beautiful Kissimmee Florida. It is newly renovated (January 2016) with new tile, appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with the cool and contemporary colors of Florida. It's top floor end unit location will have you believing you are on a quiet remote island. During your stay, you will receive access to a heated pool, spa, the fitness center, tennis courts, on-site BBQ's and the beautiful view of Buck Lake. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed in each of the master bedrooms, two twin beds in the guest room and kids bunk beds in the fourth room. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, stroller, car seat, step stool, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. It is our hope that Casa Claudio Florida will feel like your second home.

Cheer, girls getaway!

This was the perfect spot! Not too far away from the attractions, a 10 minute ride to ESPN Wide World of Sports. The ease of communication with the owner was great! We would stay here again!

We had 7 people in our group at this location. The place was very clean and easy to access. It was only a few miles from Disney, Walmart, Target and many restaurants.

This place is 15 minutes from Disney (with traffic).. Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath.. and taylor made for 1 family 3 or 4 kids or 2 family with 4 kids with bunks. Close to all morning coffee places and evening frachises like Olive graden, Outback Firdays amd more. Great screened in porch for the evening

Fantastic location for condo

This stay was extremely comfortable for our family with small children. The layout and room choices were great for the kids and parents. The house was clean and comfortable. Extremely close to all of the Disney parks. Plus there are several stores very close for convenience. The contact person was very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend.

Great property

This place was fantastic. It’s larger than I expected, and very comfortable. The beds were all very comfortable with plenty of space to sleep a large family. There are a ton of places to eat and shop around, but be prepared for a little bit of traffic all day and night. Overall, we were all very happy with our stay!

Perfect for Disney with small kids

Great experience staying here with my husband, 4 year old and 5 month old. There was room for a lot more people. Everything was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was nice. We would certainly return.

Great Place!

My family of two adults and 4 children all stayed together and the beds and rooms were spacious and comfortable. The communication was great with the owner. One of the kids left their bathing suit and owner/ property cleaner mailed it back to my family member. Great communication and easy check in.

Disney fun

Location was great! 15 minutes to most parks. The condo was a nice size with two main bedrooms. It could use some updating. Baseboards needed to be painted, mold in bathroom, and overall needed a freshen up. Communication with owner was great and timely. Overall, we had a fun time!

We had a wonderful stay here it so close to Disney we were at the parks within minutes. The home was so clean and nice and loooked just like the pics. Our only small thing was we wished the pool didnt close at dusk but i guess thats pretty normal for the area. All in all we loved our stay and how close the property was to everything

We came in to spend some time at Disney and Universal. This condo worked well for my family and communication was great with the owner/manager. I struggled with the gate and found the code worked better for me than the card. The Grandkids enjoyed the pool and hot tub.
