Centrally located near Universal, SeaWorld, shopping, and dining, this home offers comfort, convenience, and plenty of space for families or groups to unwind and make lasting memories.

🚭 No smoking of any kind (including indoors, outdoors, or lanai).
A $500 fee will be charged if there is any evidence or odor of smoking after checkout.
- No parties or events
- No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 10 people. (unless approved by owner)
- No high volume music inside or outside, this is out of respect for the other residents and Neighbors
- Quiet time after 11 PM (this is a family community)
- No outdoor shoes allowed in the house.

- No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room.
- Ensure that dishes are washed and put away before checking out.
- Garbage and Recycling to be bagged and left in garage.
- Only toilet paper down the toilet.
- Please leave the place as you found it
- Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close all windows and lock all doors.
- Any evidence of damage or excessive cleaning will result in a claim for costs to clean, repair or replace damage that occurred during your stay
- No glass around the pool
- Please ensure dry feet and shoes when entering back in the house from the pool

This was a perfect getaway VRBO . Not far at all from Disney parks . Farthest out was 25 minutes Epic Universe. Very close to shops and convenience stores . Walmart was very close . Rooms were beautifully decorated and loved the indoor game room . Local to great restaurants and loved the amneties.

Very nice property

The house is beautiful and very close to all the attractions. There's quite a bit of highway noise nearby, but we got used to it.

We had a great stay. The house is very nicely updated and everything was very clean. Very safe neighborhood. It was about 20 minutes from Disney which was very convenient and a relatively easy drive. Lots of food choices within a 10-15 minute drive. Our only complaint is the thermostat was not allowed to be set below 74 and in the morning it was set to 75 and then 76. With the ceiling fans on during the day it felt fine but at night and in the morning we were not comfortable. Future guests should be aware that behind the property is a major highway. There is a good barrier so you cannot see it but you can hear it. It was not loud or bothersome to us but if you are looking for peaceful pool/outdoor time you should take this into consideration. Overall we loved our stay and how nice and clean everything was.
