"There were ants all over my room especially the bathroom counter. I couldn’t get a full room service of changing bed sheets until Day 3. Which I put my room on their books for it and didn’t get it until Day 5. Which was basically more than half of my stay. Then, once they did do the service, they didn’t refill the soap/shampoo containers. It is a 2 floor hotel but no elevator and I had my baby with me. I had to go up and down with our luggage and him in my arms. Staff were not on the same page and was giving me different answers each time I asked. Overall it was a 1 out of 5 stars."
