  • Located in Crestwynd Bay, a peaceful gated community near shopping, Disney, and restaurants, the home features 1 KING bed and attached bath, 1 QUEEN bedroom with bath, 1 kids' bedroom with 2 twins, and a living room with a sleeper sofa. It sleeps 6 comfortably, 8 with the sofa. It has in-home laundry (washer and dryer) and is close to the pool. Cable and flat-screen TVs included. WIFI and high-speed internet are free for promotional offers. The kitchen has standard appliances: microwave, refrigerator, range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Initial coffee, sugar, soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided; more can be bought at nearby stores. A rental agreement must be signed to confirm you understand HOA and city rules. Local laws require tracking all visitors.
