  • On Blue Lagoon inside the Emerald Island resort, this 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home puts resort life at your doorstep: swimming pools, a tiki bar, tennis, basketball, and volleyball, all minutes from Disney and Universal.

    Inside you'll find a king bedroom with attached bath, a queen bedroom with a bath right next door, and a kids' room with two twin beds. Sleeps 6 very comfortably, 8 with the living room sleeper sofa. The home is pet-friendly and has in-home washer and dryer.

    The full kitchen (range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender) makes family meals easy, with free high-speed WiFi and flat-screen cable TVs for downtime. We provide a starter coffee kit and toiletries; Walmart and Publix are nearby for longer stays.

    Note: the Emerald Island HOA charges a one-time access fee of $20 per car (not needed for Uber/taxi), paid directly to the resort after booking and before arrival.

    Arrival: check-in is from 5:00 PM. Emerald Island is a gated resort — stop at the manned main gate on Emerald Island Blvd and show your arrival email to get your access pass, then follow the steps in that email through the automated gates to the home. Your door code and full step-by-step directions arrive by email after you sign the rental agreement, so please keep that email handy on arrival day.

Perfect location to the parks!

Loved the complex and how close it is to all the theme parks! This place was clean and comfy! We loved how comfortable the couches are after a long day at the park it’s nice to come back and just unwind on a comfy couch with a smart TV!

Very comfortable stay in quiet resort

The townhouse was clean with plenty of room. We enjoyed the stay and appreciated the easy communication with Manny. We also appreciated a place that accommodated dogs at a reasonable rate.

Great get away!

This place is a hidden gem! Very well located near the parks, in a nice and safe community ! The property is very clean and well maintained! The unit is very spacious, clean and has lots of privacy! We enjoyed our stay and will be coming back! The Host as well was very professional and helpful!

Exactly what we were looking for

My family and I stayed here for almost a week. I booked this property because of its rating on cleanliness and we were not disappointed. Everything was very clean and the property provided everything we needed. Although this property is not luxurious, it provided my family and I a comfortable and affordable stay which is more important to me.

Easy Quick Stay after Disney

We used this property after a fully day at Hollywood studios. We needed a bridge day for our next hotel and this was perfect. We got in at 9:30 pm and were exhausted. This place was easy to get into clean and just what we needed The hosts were easy to het a hold of. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Property, Very Close to Disney

We had such a nice stay at this property. Manny was so helpful and communicative. It was closer to Disney than we expected and the daily ride back and forth to Disney was easy! The townhouse is in a safe, very quiet neighborhood where we found it very comfortable to walk our dogs. The property was clean, as advertised, and beds were comfy! We will be back for sure!!!

Great Community!

This townhouse needs a lot of repairs, but the community is wonderful! They have a pool, gym, mini golf, nature walk, and a LOT of gates, so it's extremely safe. They also have houses ranging from this townhouse, to much larger houses with private pools and garages, so look up Emerald Bay to see everything.

Amazing !

This was my first family event and I loved every minute and second of it. The host communication was very detailed and fast responses. The area was quite. 25 minutes away from universal studios any close to Disney I will be booking again soon for my next trip the house was clean and spacious 5stars a million times! Please don’t hesitate to book with manny!

Very clean condo. Nicely furnished. Kitchen stocked with well used pots and pans. Minimal amount of soap, toilet paper, trash bags provided. Air conditioner worked well. Television with fire stick was nice. Beds in one of the rooms very squeaky. Really could use some lamps throughout for ambient lighting. Overall a very good value.

The home is nice, great location, clean & view from patio good. Amenities like pool, nature trail, hot tub, gym were great! Bath towels or pool towels not great, bring your own. Microwave stopped working due to electrical issue, contacted manager and they did send someone quickly to fix. Tip print out arrival instructions, had to access home through two gates & a little confusing first time, in the dark of arrival.

Needs an overhaul

Location was great. The home was clean however, it needs a lot of work. Water damage in several rooms on the ceiling. There was no towel in the down stairs bathroom. Furniture too big for living room. Patio door in living room was very hard to open and has no screen on it. Three remotes for the television has no batteries and didn't work. Trying to get a channel on the television was very frustrating and you couldn't watch any of the local channels. There is no cable. You have to use a streaming app. I have rented several condos near Disney World and this is the worst. Will not rent again.

Pros:Excellent location in a gated community with a nice sense of security. The property manager was responsive to most requests, including replacing the twin mattresses. The king mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well throughout our 31-day stay. The grounds were beautifully maintained with plenty of grass, which was wonderful for our dog. Most of the furniture was in good condition, and the décor was tasteful and inviting.Cons:The refrigerator and freezer lights flickered continuously throughout our entire stay. We reported the issue, but were told the appliance needed a new motherboard and it was never repaired. The constant strobing was bothersome and caused headaches. We also found dirt and crumbs on the floors upon arrival and vacuumed the condo ourselves. Additionally, we were charged a 93 credit card processing fee that was not disclosed in the property listing or booking details, which was an unpleasant surprise.Overall:Despite these issues, we had a very good experience. The location was excellent, the host was responsive, and the property met our needs well. We would stay here again.Suggestions for Improvement:- Improve cleanliness before guest arrival.- Repair the refrigerator/freezer lighting.- Provide larger hot pads for the kitchen.- Consider adding an air fryer for longer stays.
