The Resort
Windsor Hills Resort is a 24-hour secured gated community located less than 2 miles from the Main Gates of Walt Disney World. It offers safe and peaceful, luxurious accommodations with all the amenities you would expect from a five star resort, but without the resort fees.
The Clubhouse Complex offers a large lagoon style heated swimming pool, a multi-million dollar water park featuring dueling water slides and large splash zones, hot tub, 48 seat movie theater, fitness center, Foosball, air hockey, table tennis, pool tables, video arcade, sundry shop (convenience store) and video rentals. The outdoor activities include basketball, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, a putting green, castle themed playground and even RV parking.

Place was great, big, super clean, and had everything we needed. Pool area was nice and tennis/pickleball courts were right out the back door. Aside from the Orlando traffic, it was a great stay.

Condo was as expected per the listing/pictures and super clean! April was incredibly communicative. We had a great stay. Nice to have the pool/clubhouse and easy access to parks, Walmart, Starbucks etc.

Two Week family vacation

We had a great time staying here. The property is lovely and was perfect for us with a young family. The resort and pool area was good also for downtime. Communication with the owner was excellent, and she was always on hand before and during our stay to help with any questions or issues we had. I would strongly recommend and we hope to stay again sometime soon.

Top Notch place to stay

The condo was amazing, clean and spacious. The location was great with lots of great restaurants around and the clubhouse had lots of amenities. The pool area was great, neighborhood was clean and quiet. Loved all the extras the condo had. Lots of games and movies. Linen and the bedding were very comfortable. We would certainly stay again.

Disney for Christmas

We stayed at the condo for our Christmas holiday. It was was equipped with everything we needed and was extremely clean! We had plenty of space and the location was fantastic. It was only a couple of miles from the Disney parks. We would definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Place to Stay

What a wonderful experience. The whole process was seamless from start to finish. Correspondence was always quick and the check in was made so easy. This was home from home for us, it was clean, beds comfortable, and it had everything you could wish for plus the location is just amazing near to Walmart and literally 7 minutes from Animal Kingdom. It was so good we have already booked to return later this year. Thank you to the host for making this such a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Stay!

My family and I had a fantastic stay! April was more than welcoming towards my family and was a gracious host! The condo was stocked with all the necessities even down to sugar for my morning tea. This was a huge help! Our 8 year old was in love with the bunk beds and having her own space! The condo was clean and decorated nicely! We will definitely rent from April again!
