House was excellent and comfortably hosted my group of 6 adults and 6 kids. We were able to spread out and relax after making memories at the parks. The kids loved the backyard pool and jacuzzi. Resort area of the community was a great spot as well. We enjoyed the lazy river, slides and bar area. Specialty drinks were amazing. Host was responsive and answered all question quickly. Would recommend being prepared for a delay on arrival due to security shack on 1st day. This would be any property in community.

Our stay was amazing. We stayed here to watch our daughters collegiate softball team play at The Spring Games and the location was wonderful. The house had everything you would need and then some!! Pool/Spa area was outstanding. We had difficulty with the pool/spa temperature, reached out and got an immediate response. The pool/spa service the owner uses is the best around.

We had a great stay! Check-in had a couple of hiccups, but the host was super quick to respond and fix everything. Tip: double-check that all guest names and plate numbers are entered before you arrive, and take a close look at the door code directions—it’ll save you a little time.What we loved:The pool was awesome! Since we came in the off-season, we had a lot of privacy. Neighbors are close by though, so I could see it being a bit busier and louder during peak times.Everything was very clean and well kept.Location was perfect—close to Disney Springs, theme parks, and just 5 minutes to a grocery store.Things to note:The splash park was closed during our stay, and we weren’t informed ahead of time. This was a bit of a bummer since it was one of the main reasons we booked this property.Not a huge deal, but the tile floors plus no outdoor fridge by the pool made snack and drink runs a little slippery (especially with excited little ones running around).Overall, we really enjoyed the stay and would definitely book again!

Amazing place! The best vacation

This house is breathtaking. So spacious and there was ample room for our 3 family's stay for a week. Everything was so clean, and communication with the host was prompt. It was amazing having a private pool right in the backyard, but we also took advantage of the resort pool/waterslides when we wanted a change of scene. The lazy river was such a nice touch! It was nice that house had everything we needed like cooking supplies, towels, shampoo etc. The in-house laundry, and a TV in every bedroom was so wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Great Place for a Group

We were a group of 8 staying for the weekend and this rental was perfect for us. The home was really well kept and large. There were nice common areas upstairs and downstairs. The bedrooms were spacious and there were plenty of bathrooms, which was nice for getting ready in the morning. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to stay here again on a future trip to the Orlando area.

Awesome Stay

I booked this property for my family for Thanksgiving 2024 and it was awesome. The house was clean, and it had enough space for all 19 of my family members. The kids really enjoyed the pool and We loved how it was gated and could protect them from falling in. The house had pretty much everything we needed to cook a full Thanksgiving dinner, the minor issues we had was some trash left on side of the bed in one of the rooms and the jacuzzi didn’t get hot. Other than that we really enjoyed this beautiful location. Thank you all for having us.

House was amazing. Communication with host was very timely, usually within an hour and location/amenities was perfect for the family. While the location is somewhat close to Disney traffic always seemed to be heavier than expected however during spring break time frame was reasonable. What a weekend!

The home was absolutely beautiful! It was equipped with everything we needed from kitchenware to towels. The beds were amazing and there was plenty of lounge spaces (we were a family of 15). Ample amount of parking and the home was baby friendly. The resort within the community was refreshing and relaxing, very family friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to renting again in the near future.

Fantastic property and location

This house was perfect for our golfing group of 8. The 8 bedrooms were all very well appointed. The common area in the kitchen and pool deck and pool were also perfect for our group. This house was in really condition throughout and in close proximity to restaurants, grocery, etc. The only upgrade I would suggest was the BBQ. We used the grill several times and it needs to be cleaned or replaced. All and all one of the best properties we have rented. Will not hesitate to book the property again next time in central Florida with a large group.

Great Vacation Home

The house was everything as advertised. We were 8 adults and 2 children and had plenty of room for everyone. Having the upstairs rec area with living room and gaming area was great for the kids. The pool was a nice retreat after a long day at the parks. The house was an easy ride from and to both the airport and the theme parks. Alarm very close to the grocery store and many restaurants. The owner responded very quickly to any questions we had. We happened to be there during Hurricane Milton and felt very safe in the house. The owner also checked in on us. We had a great family vacation.

Relaxing family and friends getaway

We had a big group that stayed for some relaxation and sunshine. The weather cooperated and the stay was wonderful. Would have liked more outdoor seating as there were not enough chairs for all of us to enjoy poolside at the house. The kids said the water slides at the community pool seemed like there wasn’t enough water to push them down and the lazy river was chaotic. But the pools were fantastic and the house had plenty of space for all of us and a kitchen to keep us all fed.

Our group of moms had a great stay. The house has ample rooms and bathrooms, so everyone had their space. The host was very responsive. It is your typical rental neighborhood in Orlando and the community pool was very busy. The home provides only the bare minimum so be sure to bring things like dish soap, hand soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and essential cooking items. It was a bit farther from the main areas of Kissimmee than we anticipated but overall a great house for large groups.

Perfect Family Getaway Near Disney!

We recently stayed at this incredible 8-bedroom villa near Disney, and it exceeded all of our expectations! The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our large group. The heated pool and spa were a huge hit, especially after long days at the parks—it was the perfect way to unwind and relax. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short drive to Disney and other attractions. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making everything super convenient. Each bedroom was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the common areas provided plenty of space for everyone to gather. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the game room kept the kids entertained for hours. Great stay for 10 adults!

We had a fabulous experience in the house. The pool and spa were awesome, and when we had an issue with the spa heat early in our stay, the host was very responsive and got the issue fixed quickly. The kitchen is larger than the photos look, and we comfortably had 5 adults working in the kitchen at the same time with no issues. We were a travel party of 10 adults, and we stayed for 8 nights, and the house had plenty of space. We never got on each others' nerves as everyone had their own room and bathroom. There was lots to do in the neighborhood as well - the clubhouse pool, hot tub, lazy river, fitness area, and arcade were all used by us! One more note - the couch in the living room was very comfortable!

Exceptional Stay and Outstanding Service!

Our stay at this VRBO property was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thought of to ensure our comfort and enjoyment. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we could possibly need—modern appliances, cozy furniture, and thoughtful touches throughout. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions, yet tucked away in a peaceful and quiet area. But what truly made this stay stand out was the fantastic communication and hospitality from the property manager. Alagan was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From providing clear instructions for check-in and check-out to offering local recommendations, it was evident that Alagan genuinely cares about the guests' experience. They even checked in during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed, which was greatly appreciated. The best adventure with my friends!!!

Our stay at this home was unforgettable! This was our second time visiting, and we were blown away by the stunning new finishes and furniture. The updates made the villa feel even more luxurious, and revisiting was absolutely worth it. The same great hospitality from the host, who was always prompt and communicative, made the experience seamless once again.The villa had everything we needed—comfy bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, a BBQ machine, and plenty of space for our group of 24. The location was convenient as it was a nice 4 minute walk to the resort. The Windsor Island Resort was busy with its endless amenities, including pools, a lazy river, and a water park. The highlight was still the amazing pool and hot tub, which was free of charge and perfect for relaxing after a fun-filled day.We had the time of our lives and can’t wait to return for yet another unforgettable experience!Está es la segunda ocasión que visitamos esta propiedad y ha sido inolvidable realmente nos impresionaron con las mejoras que le han hecho desde los acabados hasta los muebles. Great House / Community Is Strict

The property was excellent overall. 5/5The community needs to improve their entry exit process. At one point there were two blocks of backed up traffic trying to exit that couldn't because the gate staff had the left turn blocked off for no reason. The check in process was extremely arduous and nowhere near simple. You cannot have visitors stop by unless they are on a list. It is incredibly restrictive when you are traveling with friends staying at other properties. They are also incredibly diligent with wandering the community and putting violation stickers on vehicles that are less than inch over the grass but not the people from other residences parked in front of our driveway. It was more frustrating but prepare yourself. Luckily our host was quick to accommodate and resolve any check in issues. But the exit and entry situations were absolutely terrible. The front guard station has no concept of time when you are in line. The grounds of the community were incredibly well kept and it was beautiful. The clubhouse, pool and lazy river were great.Again the house was incredible, had all the amenities you want. A few minor items like the pool cues having no tips, the spa not having a timer on site and having to message the host whenever you want it on. They were responsive but it was a minor inconvenience.Overall the stay was great with the exception of the front entrance guard house. Thank you to the host for their incredible communication and turn around.

Amazing Villa - Perfect for our Disney Trip

We stayed at this property for a week. This was our first trip to the Disney Parks. We loved the flexibility of having so much space and had family join us! The place was amazing. The adults and kids loved it equally. In all, we had our family of five, three grandparents, and a few nights with aunts/uncles and cousins. There was more than enough room for everyone. It was immaculate when we arrived. The kids loved the game room, the private pool and hot tub and we used them every night after long days at the parks. The adults loved the hot tub - and the fact that we could sit and watch the kids having fun in the pool. We enjoyed having a large kitchen, grill and patio for nights we wanted to chill after the busy park days. The laundry room was clean and spacious and so helpful. The bedrooms were all very spacious and comfortable and almost every one had a personal bathroom. There were clean linens on every bed - including a bath towel and beach towel for every guest. There were TVs in every room and the couch was supremely comfortable with built in recliners. We also used the complex water park on two days that were “break” days from the parks. This was a terrific benefit - pool, water slide and lazy river. The gated complex was perfect for the kids. We had frozen drinks and food - it was delicious. The bathrooms in the pool complex were the cleanest I have ever seen. The host was very responsive! I would not hesitate to book again and recommend highly.
