The room was great for my husband and I. It was very clean and AJ did a great job of communicating the check in process as well as responding to a few questions we had. The location was amazing - one of the reasons I chose this listing. I needed to be close to the Convention Center as well as Universal. This listing was both. We would stay there again.

Overall a good stay. The room was clean and modern. Was well equipped and met our needs as we did not dwell for long at the property. As far as outside the room, the property could use some work to refurbish. The hallways were not in great shape.

OUTSTANDING!

We had a great time and it all started with our studio suite at The Enclave. Owner was communicative and prompt in communication. The room was clean and equipped with everything listed and most importantly was updated and clean. Pool and hot tubs were nice (wish the hot tubs were opened past 8:00) and it is within walking distance to lots of shops and restraunts. Just a great experience overall!

Nicely updated, cozy unit in excellent location

The unit was nicely updated and equipped with everything we'd need. Check in and check out were simple and the host was very communicative. Excellent location; we were so close to Universal (the reason for our trip) restaurants and shops that we didn't even need to rent a car. We were able to use rideshare apps like Uber with ease. The unit had a nice balcony and the complex had a good indoor and outdoor pool. Pricing was very budget friendly for what you get. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place in an ideal location

The apartment looks exactly how it does in the listing, beautiful, clean and spacious. We were offered free cleaning half way through our stay which was lovely and very thoughtful of our host. Everything we needed was provided, from cooking supplies to personal hygiene items. The apartments is in an ideal spot, a half an hour walk away from Universal Studios with plenty of restaurants nearby. Our host was lovely, very quick to respond to any questions and have us very clear instructions on how to check in/out etc. I cannot speak highly enough of both the apartment and the host. This was the perfect place for us and we'll definitely be back!

Perfect place to rest our heads

I rented this with my daughter following a long week at a dance competition at an area hotel. I was looking for something convenient and perfectly priced and this was it. It was near a lot of things in the immediate area and within 15 minutes or so of any large attractions, so the location was great. The unit had just enough space for us two who shared a bed. It could sleep four though as the day bed was very generously sized and had a trundle underneath it. We spent most of our time here sleeping but did spend an afternoon in one of the pools which was nice. Laundry was just around the corner from the unit which we did end up using and appreciated. The host could tell I was anxious about check in due to our late arrival and made sure to check in first thing which was nice. Check in was easy and check out was even easier! The host was aLeah’s available for questions and helpful if we needed. The bed was comfortable, the unit was clean, and the shower was spacious. It was quiet and peaceful and just what we needed after a long day at an amusement or water park. Would stay here again if we needed to come to the area again!

Good not so good

This was a nice efficiency apartment. The bed was comfortable. The couch was comfortable. The issue was with the fire alarm. And the shower. There is a kitchenette with a stove. The stove is approximately 25 feet from the smoke alarm. When we cooked dinner the smoke alarm went off and didn't turn off for over 20 minutes. In contacting the phone number given to us for the property my husband was treated rudely. The shower issue, the drain didn't drain. The bottom of the shower filled to the top of the rim. We could finish showering for fear of flooding the apartment. Then we noticed water coming out of the laminate in the bedroom, just outside of the bathroom. The base of the shower was leaking. Due to the rudeness of the individual we called the night before because of the fire alarm, instead we went to the front desk to let them know. The individual at the front desk attitude was pretty much not my problem, get touch with the owner. I will admit I was not pleasant nor was I polite when speaking with her. All of this was communicated to the owner, who apologized for the inconvenience and the rudeness. And that was the end of it. Had it not been for the smoke alarm and the shower issue this would have been a perfect stay. Oh and the rudeness of the staff on site and the person that was so rude to my husband on the phone.

The suite had everything I needed: nice shower, comfy big bed, nice TV, and more like the mini fridge and stovetop. The microwave is tiny, but gets the job done for single plates/cups. 4th floor balcony overlooked the pool and I could see some of the nearby attractions from there. It was perfect walking distance from some great restaurants, public transportation and shops. Very close to Icon Park, too. I loved this place and want to stay here again.
