Newly furnished Condo - Bella Piazza - top floor with balcony!

Welcome to Palm View Place! A bright and spacious condominium apartment located in the fabulous Bella Piazza Resort. With 3 generous sized bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, spanning over 1300 square feet, there is plenty of space to comfortably host 6 guests. Located on the top 3rd floor (elevator access available), there is a picturesque palm tree view from the balcony. With comfortable outdoor seating, you can relax outside and enjoy the Florida sunshine.

The condo has a fully equipped kitchen plus formal dining area with table and chairs. The living has lots of natural light with comfortable sofas for watching the large flat screen TV with cable services, together with high speed WiFi. There is also a washer and dryer for guest use.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, large wardrobe and access to the balcony space. A luxury ensuite provides double sinks, a separate shower and garden tub. All towels and linens are provided. The second bedroom is a sophisticated queen room with ensuite. The third bedroom has two twin beds and access to own bathroom, with Disney theming.

Bella Piazza has two resort pools, including a children’s splash pool at the main clubhouse. There is also a BBQ grilling area, available for guests to use. In the clubhouse, there is a business center with computers and printers, fitness center and games room. Publix Supermarket is within walking distance, as well as a medical walk-in clinic, located at the corner. Target and Wal-Mart are a 5-10 minute drive away. Located away from all the hustle and bustle, but still just a short drive to all of the theme parks, Bella Piazza Resort is a superb place to stay for the peaceful, relaxing vacation.

A wonderful family experience

We had a fantastic stay at this property on our family trip to Disneyworld. Check in was super convenient. The property is well maintained and clean. It met all of my expectations based on the pictures and description. There is a publix and other conveniences literally within walking distance. We went to animal kingdom and magic kingdom and they both are within good distance from the property ( 15 mins). I would recommend this stay for anyone!

It was fine

Everything was fine. A few minor thing that were reported, what could be fixed was but the master shower had a big crack in the bottom and felt like you were going to fall through. Because of this we didn't use it.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay! Condo was very clean fit our family perfect. We had a problem with some ants and a plumbing issue, but received a reply from management with minutes of sending them a message. They had someone out for each issue right away the next morning (both messages sent in evening). Weather was cool but the kids still enjoyed the pools once during our visit. Would definitely stay there again!
