Overall, the property was nice. The location was close to most of the Disney properties all within about 20-ish minutes. When we first got there, we noticed that one of the master bedroom bathrooms floor was pretty dirty still. We notified the property manager. We also let them know there was an issue with the showerhead in the same bathroom, basically barely leaking out/no pressure. They were able to take care of the showerhead promptly while we were at Disney.A few things to note. For a house that can sleep up to 12 people. There is one trashcan in the kitchen that is pretty small. They leave you one trash bag to start with. they leave you one soap for the dishwasher and they leave you one soap for the washing machine. I am stating this because when you’re checking out, they ask that you start a load of towels. So here’s your one laundry soap to use while you’re here, but please wash the towels before you go. There were only six towels for the pool area. We did not find any extra blankets anywhere if needed. The hot tub and pool was nice the first couple nights, even though it was cooler outside. We paid to have both heated for our 5 day stay. The last two nights the spa barely was lukewarm and the pool the same. I called the management company and let them know about this in case there was an issue with the heater and they said it was probably because of the ambient air temperature being low. I’m at the limit, but there is more to say.
