The only bad thing we had to endure was an old noisy dryer, during our 10 day stay. We had a good family vacation there. Thanks!

We knew from the photos that the place was older so we weren’t expecting anything in perfect condition. The place definitely could use a lot of care. Unfortunately, on a lot of the wall outlets only one worked, out of the 3 fans provided only 1 worked. There is nasty stuff all over the walls and doors. High urine build up around the toilets and high dust build up on all outlets, switches, baseboards, cabinets etc. We had to request an AC vent filter upon arrival as it looked like it hadn’t been changed in 6 months with high dust build up on the vent as well. Dish drying rack is also covered in nasty grime and food from previous tenants. Really everything was pretty dirty and the entire place needs a really good deep clean. Also, upon arrival there were oil air fresheners plugged in everywhere that we had to remove and wait for the place to air out as some of our family members are highly allergic to them. Part of the reason we picked this particular place was for the pool and hot tub shown in the photos, getting your welcome message the day before check in informing you pool amenities close at 5:30, was more than disappointing and something that should be listed before booking; so we never ended up using the pool area. With an actual good cleaning and maintenance on the home it would be a fine place to stay as long as you don’t plan on swimming after 5:30. It appeared to us that it really doesn’t get cleaned between tenants.

We were not able to access the pool and the game room because we could not find the key.

We got in contact with the person responsible and they were not helpful, they did not help us get the key.

Pretty decent!

It started a little bumpy but overall this home was comfortable. Not many cooking utensils in the way of pots and pans. Bring your own frying pan, lifters, etc. Antique can and wine openers. Tempurature control very good. Beds were ok. Sofa was a little soft and worn. Kitchen appliances were good and lots of cupboard space. The maintenance company was quick to respond to our problems. Lots of parking and close to clubhouse and pool.
