    This condo features one master bedroom with a King size bed and 2nd bedroom with two twin size beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, so the condo can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a private driveway and a single car garage. The kitchen and the dinning room are fully equipped.

    Furthermore, this condo is equipped with wireless high speed internet, cable TV and DVD player (in the living room and master bedroom), and unlimited local and national calling, all available at no additional cost for guests. All linens and towels are supplied for your stay, with all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too.
     
    The Wishes condo is fully licensed and registered  in the state of Florida. We have a professional property management company on to take good care of the condo and provide assistance to guests.
     
    The Wishes vacation home is part of the Oakwater Resort, a quiet gated community with a lake view. This resort is new and superbly located, only 2 miles from Walt Disney World, 10 miles from Sea World, 15 miles from Universal Studio and the airport, and 30 miles from Lego Land.
     
    There are a lot of shops, restaurant, and entertainment venues nearby.
     
    The amenities of the resort include a beautiful heated community pool with zero entry (perfect for little kids), fitness center, a 4000 sq feet clubhouse with Tiki bar, tennis court , playground and spray pad.

Beautiful!!!

My family of 4 was very comfortable in this place it was clean and I felt very at home here. Living room couch and table could be replaced but doesn’t change the way I felt about my stay. Next time I come to Orlando for vacation I’m sure I’ll book here again!!!

The property is in a great location. It is spacious for being a small 4 plex. Does need a deep cleaning on walls and floorboards. Regular cleaning was good. Needs some hand towels for bathrooms and kirchen items.

I enjoyed my stay at the condo. The convenience of being right behind Walmart was a plus! The condo was clean and had everything needed. Community was nice and quiet. Pool/Hot tub area was convenient to access. Property left good instructions on what was expected.

It was a typical Florida condo. Had everything we needed. Walmart in the backyard was super convenient. Only downside is that the Lyft drivers could never find us. Other than that had a great time. Pool was really nice. Safe gated community as well

Perfect Disney Stay

Perfect location for Disney stay! We could not have asked for a better location. Loved the driveway so we did not have to walk from the car across a parking lot after a long day in the parks. The host was extremely responsive to my many questions and made every effort to accommodate my requests. We had everything we needed and Walmart was literally right next door without being bothersome. Comfy beds, great showers, well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer. Highly recommend and will stay again! Great stay

Great location. Easy to find. Despite the number of neighbors, it was very quiet. My only issue was me vs the stairs lol. But I knew they were there & it's not the owner's fault I'm out of shape lol. And Walmart was literally right outside of the gate so we were get food & supplies quickly.

Perfect for our two week get-away

Over all it was just perfect for our two week stay in busy Orland, Fl. We loved hanging out at the pool and using the workout room located the club house The belcony was also a favorite to have our moring coffe as we made our plans for that days events. We did have a small issue with the t.v.remote however the owner and property mamanger were 100% on point with resolving the issue immediately. We hope to book again in the future.

Nice rental

The rental was clean and in a great location. Not impressed with the resort pool, as it was heated, which is not ideal for summer, but obviously not the owner's issue. There was a TV, but no cable in the main bedroom and a broken dvd player, but once brought to the owner's attention, she had a new Smart tv and dvd player brought in right away. The dryer took about 3 hours/dry cycles to dry a load of clothes, which wasn't a big deal, only that we had to remember to restart it each hour until the clothes were dry.

Great value but you get what you pay for

We were surprised that the listing didn't show that all paper products and soap were not provided. We did get this info in the instrictions after booking. There were 2 rolls of tp and no hand soap or dish soap when we arrived. Only 1 tube of conditioner which was strange. Luckily there is a walmart next door where you can purchase supplies. This was the most bare-bones vrbo stay we have ever had. The unit was nice and location was great for the disney parks.

The property is optimally located for a Disney trip. The unit was large enough for three adults to spread out and be comfortable. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. On the down side, the unit was minimally provisioned. The linens provided included stained sheets on the master bedroom bed, towels that were well worn and many were stained. (Maybe it is just a reflection of ‘end of season’ timing of our trip). The unit does need some attention to faucets as they were difficult to manipulate and showed some wear and tear. Overall, worth the price and, if a few things were taken care, would consider in the future.

Meh...it's ok.

Overall this property was ok, but I probably wouldn't stay again. We didn't spend much time there because we were always running, so it worked out but I wouldn't have wanted to stay there for long periods of time. First the good: It is conveniently located and the price was decent. Security was great and visibly present. Now the bad: The couch was terrible and had absolutely zero support. It really needs to be replaced. We found an uneaten sucker between the cushions. The carpet is worn and snagged in several places. The bed closest to the window in the 2nd bedroom is terrible, the mattress is so worn that it offered no support and the headboard moved like crazy anytime the occupant moved. All sheets are the cheapest microfiber and do not stay on the bed. It is HOT! There are no ceiling fans and only lamps in each room. There are also no curtains, so good luck sleeping later than 7 or 8. The owners seem very concerned with saving electricity by setting the thermostat high, but don't have ceiling fans or curtains which would help keep the place cool. Trash dropoff is only located near the clubhouse and this unit is the furthest away, so plan on driving your trash to the dumpster. The pool is heated, which is probably great in the winter, but in the middle of summer it was so hot that it was not at all refreshing and really wasnt much cooler than the hot tub. We used it only once and then chose to visit another pool instead.

Convenient stay

This apartment was close enough to all attractions and had everything we needed during our stay. We do wish the pool and weight room were open longer hours but still enjoyed them one evening when we didn't have a theme park to go to. Would stay here again.
