Over all experience was excellent my family and I had a wonderful time at the home and everything was clean and homely The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and the bedrooms was so comfortable five star plus for everything

This is a great condo and wonderfully managed. I love that it was right across from the pool & restaurant. Easy parking, great layout & provided with personal hygienics. The king bed was so comfy!!! The host was also so kind to let us check in early. I felt safe with security checking everyone coming in. I would definitely stay here again. Only con for us (out of owners control) was the gym hours. My son loves to work out every night & the gym was only open 8 am-8 pm.

Awesome vacation house

This house is perfect. Close to the main pool and splash pad! Has everything needed for your stay and the owner is very responsive and helpful! Definitely will stay again when in Florida

Amazing Property!!!

The Property is beautiful just like the pictures and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and I enjoyed being walking distance to the club house. Michele was amazing with instructions for everything!! I would book this property again.

Family Vacation

Nice place... very clean!

Very nice place, super clean and very quick response when answering questions. Definitely would recommend the place, just know where you are going in Orlando. Everything is so spread out! Thank you for a lovely stay.

Exactly what we needed

This was a perfect place for what we needed. It was 4 adults in to watch our son/nephew play baseball at a tournament in the area. Very cute and decorated extremely well. Many kitchen bonuses (like some to-go containers) and most utensils and other kitchen staples. We used the grill and the heated pool. All perfect. Thank you for making our stay super easy and comfortable.

Family Vacation

Where do i start. The house is located directly across from the clubhouse which was amazing. Melissa was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed, she was also very responsive. The house is warm and inviting. I will stay here everytime i come to florida.

Beautiful property in a gated community, immaculately clean , close to Disney and a number of restaurants . The hose Michele is the most accommodating and goes above and beyond to assist. We had a travel glitch and she was gracious to help us out to the utmost. Highly recommended

Beautiful, clean, and comfy!

Property was excellent. Beautiful, clean, and comfortable! Great location. Michele had great communication and had everything organized for us. Information about the property was shared ahead of time and even shared in a binder when we arrived. We were provided basics to get us started, which was very helpful. Our kids loved their rooms. Everything is beautifully decorated. We felt right at home! We would love to stay again!

Amazing December Getaway

The house was immaculate ( better than the pictures)! It truly felt like home. It was extremely clean…just like new. The property owners were attentive, available and informative. The Solara Resort had all necessities (heated pool, restaurant, bar, gym, basketball court, volleyball, run/walk paths, etc). On the pool day, we were able to order/eat lunch without leaving the pool area. Additionally, the house has a private heated pool which my daughter really enjoyed. The property is located near Disney. I would definitely recommend the property.

This place is perfect!

We stayed here for a week while my daughter’s dance team was competing nearby. Host was very helpful and responsive when our initial VRBO reservation fell through. She helped us make and confirm reservation within half a hour while we were still on the plane. Location was perfect - we could walk right across to the main pool, market, restaurant, and fitness center. The house is beautifully decorated! Everything was very clean. Towels were thick and soft and extra towels were provided for the pool. Bed in primary suite was a little soft but that is just personal preference. All in all, we loved this place and would love to stay here again next year!

Top Tier Vacation Home

It’s tough to summarize the experience we had staying at this home. 5 star and beyond. The owner was engaging from the minute we booked until she wished us safe travels the day before we checked out. The home was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the amenities we needed were available. It’s conveniently located across the street from the club house, restaurant and pool area of the resort. It felt safe to walk around anytime of day with the security check-in and guards on duty throughout the day and night. Our family visited the different Disney parks daily and it was a short 20/25 minute drive. We travel a lot and this rental property was by far our favorite. If we travel to the Orlando area again this will be our first option for lodging. Everything is exactly as pictured and it exceeded our expectation in-person.

Home Away From Home

My family and I stay at a lot of vacation homes for the convenience. This is a home that was extremely comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pictures does not do this property justice. Simply beautiful!!! It had everything you will need to begin your vacation. The extra touches of small incidentals ( individually wrapped toothpaste/toothbrush, shaving cream, etc.) and starter kitchen needs ( paper towels, dish detergent, etc. ) is welcomed because who doesn't forget the smallest thing. Not having to stop the fun to make a quick run to the store is much appreciated. The location is absolutely perfect. It is right across the street from the clubhouse, where we enjoyed great food and drinks by the pool. This property deserves a five star rating. If I could give more I would.

In town for a baseball tournament

The townhouse was very nice. Very clean. Towels were super fluffy, master bedroom mattress was comfortable but if you have mobility issues ask the host to provide a stool as the bed is very high (I did not have an issue but thought it might be an issue for some). I recommend bringing your own pillow. The pillows could be replaced and they are all feather. We did not cook anything so I can’t speak for the kitchen. Also never even went out the back door so can’t speak for the pool. We did go to the main pool bar which was nice. The neighborhood isn’t too big. Great for walking. Safe community, I would return

Disney getaway

My wife and 4 daughters recently stayed at this property during our visit to Orlando for vacation. Due to a late departure from home, we arrived around 11 PM for check in. As we got closer to the property we realized that we could not find the check in instructions for the property. The property manager/owner quickly responded to our correspondence even at the late hour and resent the needed information without delay. The townhome is located in a gated community with around the clock security which was quite reassuring. The unit itself was very clean and chocked with amenities to make our stay feel like home away from home. It is located a short drive from local attractions, dining and shopping. We have vacationed in Orlando too numerous to count times over the last couple of decades and stayed at several different resorts but this property has proven to be a favorite. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Five Star Grand Florodian who?

Truly cant say enough about this 5 star stay! Pictures dont do it the justice it deserves! Why pay for high end resort with crowds of people 1 room and noise etc when you can have this big beautiful home to yourself! Restaurant and clubhouse directly across from codo! Super good and beautiful! Front of the home parking and plenty of it gated security 15 minutes from Disneyworld and close to groceries and restaurants! Gorgeous comfortable beds huge stocked with all cooking needs kitchen model home decor impeccably clean a fun pool which it was to cold outside to swim but would if it was warm! All of this luxury on top of the kindest most accomadating friendly host Michele! From start to finish she made us feel so welcome and at home! Loved every second and already planning our return next year! Look no further you found your next vacation home away from home! Perfect for families or a couple! Nice break from noisey crowds super peaceful and pure relaxation! So ya we LOVED it! 🙂🙂🙂🙂🙂
