Great stay!

Loved the house and proximity to Disney World. Great location, super close to Walmart which really made shopping super easy. Pool was great, the extra charge for heating the pool well worth it. Plenty of bedrooms and space. Loved the game room. I’d stay there again without question.

Wonderful home!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home had a wonderful layout and was decorated in such a comfortable homey style. The pool and hot tub were so nice - perfect to relax and unwind after days of running thru parks! The beds were very comfortable - we couldn’t have been happier!

Wonderful Vacation

There was 6 of us that stayed there and we all absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave! It was just like the pictures, very clean, well maintained, had everything you needed to cook with quality cookware and utensils, very easy check in and check out process! Will definitely recommend to everyone and we will plan on staying there again!

Perfect Stay

Beautiful home that was exactly as shown. Super clean throughout. The pool area was the perfect spot for relaxing. Could use an additional lounge chair but other than that the home is absolutely perfect!

Amazing Week!

This property was everything that was advertised. It was clean, had all the amenities required. The beds were comfortable, the games room was a big hit and the salt water pool was awesome. The location was perfect, close to parks and across the road was an open field that our kids loved as well. We wouldn't hesitate to return!

Amazing Home!!

We stayed here during hurricane Milton! We come from North Dakota to Orlando yearly and have been staying in Windsor Hills for the last 15 years. This has been our favorite home yet. The owners were incredibly responsive. We decided to ride out hurricane Milton rather than driving north. The house was rock solid. 3 million people in Florida were without power and we kept power the whole time. Amazing home and highly recommend

Exactly as described—clean and well stocked. Great pool ( both at the house and the subdivision pool). Game room was a big hit with the big and little kids! Location was ideal.

Fun house with plenty to do close by!

Our family of 4 had such an amazing time at the home. We love Windsor Hills! The game room at the home was a hit for the boys. The beds were comfortable and gave us plenty of rest after our long days. The only thing I would suggest is pack supplies - handsoap, trashbags, and papertowels. There is a starter supply (2 trashbags, one roll of papertowels) so bring extra if you are staying for multiple days. We will be back next year to stay in Windsor Hills as it has something for everyone!

Top of the Line Accommodations

I would rate this home as a 10+. It was perfect for our family needs. The themed rooms were exactly as pictured on the website. We had pre-teens, teenagers and adults in our family group and it was a hit with every age category. It was located in a great location with the theme parks just a short drive away. I would highly recommend this property. You won't be disappointed!!

Perfect Retreat from Disney/Universal

Our week stay here while visiting Disney/Universal was absolutely perfect for our two families. There is plenty of space for everyone and the game room was the favorite spot for the kids. The house was extremely clean - probably the cleanest vacation rental we've experienced. No issues with anything. The kitchen is well stocked to make your meals. Beds and all other furniture was comfortable and appeared in new condition. We loved coming back here after long days in the parks to relax.

Beautiful House!

We were very pleased with this house and would definitely stay here again. The communication with the management company prior to our arrival was excellent. Any questions we had were answered very timely. The check in was super easy and and we absolutely loved the house. The game room is out of this world and we loved the TV that was mounted outside as we could watch TV from the pool. This house was a in a great location and super close to Disney and shopping etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property close to parks!

We just got home from our 1 week stay and are already wishing we were back! The home was beautiful and looked just as pictured in the listing. We were very close to the parks and shopping but yet felt like we were secluded. The neighborhood is wonderful and was great for walks. The pool and game room were fantastic for the kids! There were actually a couple of days that we never left the house and the kids could have cared less! There were 5 adults and 2 children during our stay and we all equally enjoyed the property, and had more than enough room. We all looking forward to staying again in the future!

Amazing home- as good as the pics

We arrived to the home and the house had lights turned on for us as well as some other nice welcoming touches. The home is beautiful and well maintained- looks just like the pics. The home's welcome binder is thoughtfully prepared for all kinds of visitors. Make sure you bring/purchase basic items for laundry, trash, and dishwasher if you plan utilize these features a lot. They give you 1 as a starter. This is mentioned in the info- but be prepared. We hope to come back to this home Again. So close to Disney- 11 minutes if that is why you came.

Relinquish thermostat control to the renter!!

Property was nice as advertised. I would suggest that climate control be given to the renters. The thermostat can be controlled by the owner remotely. The temp was set to cool the house on first floor to only 73 degrees and second floor to 76. This was less than desirable for 94 degree days. It made sleep very uncomfortable even with all ceiling fans running at high speed. Multiple calls to the property management co revealed that only the owner or someone with the access code to the thermostat could change it. Obviously this is done in order to save the owner money. Finally after 4 days the owner dropped the thermostat to 70 degrees which made a big difference in comfort. We were extremely disappointed. We spared no expense for this vacation rental and would have gladly paid more if it meant we could’ve had the luxury of being comfortable. The pool was left dirty by previous renter and was not cleaned or maintained properly by management co upon our arrival. I had to skim the pool multiple times upon arrival and add water to bring it up to the proper level in order to use it. We advised the property manager and we’re instructed on how to clean it and prepare it ourselves. Not a big deal but would have been nice not to have to do it considering it should have been done by others prior to our arrival. There were drain flies in the master shower and in the washing machine. The property manager noticed them before our arrival and advised he would send an exterminator. I would recommend ongoing treatments as they came back after the exterminator treated the shower.

Gorgeous house and perfect location

This house was absolutely perfect for us! The pool was a hit with everyone, the layout of the house was great, kitchen was beautiful, tvs everywhere, and it was clean! The location was exactly as described. Getting in and out of the gate was a breeze. The pool and slides at the club house were a great addition and the fact that they have a little store there with drinks, food and other things was wonderful! Will stay here again for sure!

Great location and lots of fun at the house and community areas.

We had a small family trip and everyone enjoyed the quiet and comfort of the house. You definitely have to bring all the basics like seasonings, trash bags, and toilet paper. A small sacrifice for the location and amenities. The community gym/pool/water slides/grill and spray ground were so much fun and had plenty of lifeguards and staff to make sure people were safe and following the rules. Very family friendly. Didn't have to do a big crazy list of check out tasks. Will definitely consider coming back again. Communication with the owners/management was timely and detailed.

Loved the house, the neighborhood, the waterpark, and proximity to Disney World. Loved how Walmart was so close, which really made shopping super easy. Pool was wonderful and plenty of bedrooms/ bathrooms and the amount of space we had. Wished we could've stayed longer. I’d stay there again without question.
