This is a gorgeous modern town home and has been totally renovated from top to bottom located in the guard gated Windsor Palms Resort. The splash pool, which can be heated for an additional fee, is fully screened in so you will not be bothered by bugs. There is a table and some chairs outside. There is also a child safety fence.

The kitchen has been totally upgraded with beautiful granite counters and tile backsplash, new cabinets. It is fully equipped with everything you need. It includes a stainless steel microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also supplied is a blender, coffee maker, etc.

The lounge area has two leather sofas, a large flat screen tv and dvd in lounge. The dining table seats four people and there is also five bar stools. Ceiling fans are in lounge and also in every bedroom.

The downstairs bedroom has a queen size memory foam bed, a ceiling fan, a large flat screen tv and an en suite bathroom with large walk in shower. This bathroom can also be accessed from the main living area.

Upstairs is a master bedroom with a king size bed, a large walk in closet, a large flat screen tv and its own en suite bathroom with shower tub and double sinks. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin bed on the top and a full size on the bottom. A large walk in closet, a flat screen tv, and en suite bathroom with shower tub. Laundry area has washing machine and tumble dryer. All pool towels, towels and linens are provided. Iron, ironing board, hairdryers and children high chair, pack n play, and a stroller also provided.

Packages may be shipped directly to the home address. Please arrange deliveries for times when you are home, as we are unable to store or handle packages. If a package is mistakenly addressed to the clubhouse, or if no one is available to receive it, the resort will charge a $20 handling fee, payable at the Front Desk. USPS does not deliver to the property, though Amazon typically delivers directly to the front door. Please kindly note that we cannot accept liability for mail or packages.

Refund Policy: No payment is required 30 days before check in. Cancellation policy applies within 30 days before arrival.

Pool heat is recommended from November through April. Please let us know a few days before your reservation. It takes hours to heat the pool and we will schedule it before your arrival.

No commericial vehicles, RV`s, trailers, ATVs, and boats are only allowed to enter temporarily for loading and unloading. Towing not allowed

$1000 fine for smoking plus actual remediation costs for smoking inside.
